hey we know maryville is good. no one said they were'nt. so i dont need the coaht police to tell me what to say ,ok ? i put those stats on here because they kept bragging about their past years gold balls. the only stats they want to hear are the number of past championships they have won...if they dont want to read stats they should stop putting up stats. like i said earlier either team can win this game ,but it want have anything to do with hwat happened in the past

That is so correct. The east bracket had 7 teams that won 7 or more games during the season. The west bracket had 13 teams that won 7 or more wins during the regular season. I know you maryville guys hate it when i bring up stats. hey you guys should be the favorite to win saturday since you have been able to rest your starters throughout the playsoffs while Smyrna has been beaten up by two dist champs and the best back in the state (most folks say Mathers is the best back in the state, but, i gotta give props to Bryson. this guy is an iron man who plays through pain and never gives up !)

and yes we have two recent state championships and I havent mentioned it once! you guys are braging about yr championships every other post. what happened yrs ago has no bearing on the game saturday. so my point is why do you keep bringing it up ? either team can win this game on their merrit not by past championships! this dog is headed for the kennel ! im just trying to put things in perspective. when i put up the post that i titled "How they got here " you Maryville guys jumped all over me as if facts dont matter. and you talk about being humble? you guys were jumping on the Smyrna vs Whithaven thread just to talk trash and brag about" merryville" ! so dont get all " holy than thou" with that not being humble crap! my whole point that i have been making is that you guys are acting like ya'll have beaten the best teams around to get here when really you havent even faced the caliber of teams that we have beaten ! woof ! strap it on and quit living off what you did years ago. I met Buddy Jones personally and and he never brought up the championships of yrs ago. he talked about the season he was currently playing in.we respect apponents .so unless you are a player, you are not the apponent yr just a guy living in the glory yrs! bow wow!

ok you made it clear, you dont understand! nowhere did i say that. i said you have a soft schedule this year. and yes we went 5-5 and 6-4 and were not able to get into the playoffs .most of the teams you played in the east bracket post season this year were 6-4. try to use logic to figure where i am going with this . dude why are you getting so upset im not making this stuff up. you had a soft schedule during the season and in the playoffs. when you beat us then you can really beat your chest or do a Rebel yell or whatever ....yeeeeeehaaaaa!
