I heard on the radio that LA's Smith and York's Storie was co-coach's of the year, LA's Adrian West got defensive player of the year and most improved, LA's Kendria Kilgore was first team, LA's Mallory Mahaney was on the freshman team, and along with what you said about Sells. Correct me if I heard wrong.

The Tennessean has York losing on November 30 to Cannon Co. 69 to 51. Is this true because that would mean York has 3 loses in the district?

LA has beat Jackson County 2 out of the 3 meetings this year. Not many teams can say that.

Congradulations Lady Wildcats on a great game. Adrian West keep up the great defense. As Pat Summit says, "Offense sells tickets, defense wins games, and rebounding wins championships."

Someone please refresh me on how they break ties when it comes to seeds for the district tournaments.

I know for sure LA doesn't have any seniors, York has 3 but I believe only 2 of them start, and Upperman has 1 and I don't believe she starts. Correct me if I'm wrong York and Upperman. So 7AA is going to be tough again next year. I believe that the Gold and Silver ball for AA will go to two of these 3 7AA teams this year and next. Good Luck Lady Wildcats!!!

LA has beat York 2 out of the 3 times they have played them this year and there was several LA girls that was ill with the stomach virus the night LA played at York. And everyone in 7AA knows you have to be at your best to beat York in the tough atmosphere in Jamestown. LA has a good chance at the gold this year but I believe an even better chance next year with all 5 starters returning. Go Lady Wildcats all the way!!!

This site doesn't have where district 7AA is going to be but I'm pretty sure its suppose to be at Tennessee Tech this year.

Overton County schools are out for snow today will the Livingston @ York game still be played tonight? I can't remember the snow policy from last year.

Congradulations Lady Cats and Lady Bees on a great game. I hope the rematch on Feburary 8th will be just as exciting as last nights but with a different outcome. haha I agree that LA left the back door open way to much. I believe we could have done a better job on stopping Karissa and I have faith that Coach Smith and Coach Franklin will figure a plan out to do just that before the rematch.

Any thoughts on this big district 7AA match up? Will the Lady Wildcats continue to be on top of District 7AA?
