basket case mom 3 you came to a football thread first so every other team please dont take offence but girls basketball is a great perticapation sport , all the games i have ever been to is about as much fun as watching paint dry. sorry for that, but as long as west hickman does not win i will be happy.

after the W against west hickman its time to start talking baseball. any word on whos the new coach? rumor has it that a few of the players are going to start conditioning this week. just like football they will need to be self motivated. you should start your own post over on the baseball site.

this is the worst place to move for your kids to go to HS . we had a good football coach and they ran him off, and the best coach all of hickman co. ever had ( baseball coach brit) they ran him off as well. this school system is in it for them selfs and could not care less for the kids. once king gets out of the way then maybe we can get harris in there and start doing something. hate it for the kids

O and what ever this year we could have had the lunch lady do this. the coach east has now has no self respect. as far as leaving knives in peoples back , thats because hes a push over , and thats how the school board wants it because its there way and only there way. (forget the kids) coach Jones would of finished 500 or better last year and would of won a couple this year as well. as far as the guy you want for Superintendant.. really this guy is just like Forrest Gump right place right time.

look at who they have left , not saying they will win , but really come this is there best chance ,plus west hickman is not that good either. if it was just talent East would win but with our coach more than likely west will win.

eagles have one more shot at a win this year ,to bad this is not the week for that. our last chance at a victory will come when west hickman comes to town. our middle school would give us a run for our money, not because of talent but the coaching. and please please dont let this guy coach baseball to..... anyways Page good job last week against Giles very good game to watch. also have plenty of your freshmen team dressed they will get plenty of playing time this week.

this is just a question nothing personel. but is the coach for these girls male or female? either way Iam not confrontable with this person being with the girls alone. and we all know the history with East Hickman baseball coach. just keep an eye on things please. thanks

i know if if was a fifth we all would be drunk. if last years team would of had Coach Jones they would of finished 500 or better. this coach has no concept of clock control of the game ,and when your smaller not as athletic as the other teams you cant keep your defence on the field that long. this guys idea of controlling the clock is being down by 36 in the second half and the mercy rule takes effect. and whats up with your P/A guy he gets so excited when the other team does something good. i wish i would of never got on here cause i can go forever with whats wrong with this football program. but the one thing thats not wrong is the heart of the players , i hope you guys get a W this Friday. this is only my opinion and you know what they say about opinions. anyways i am just like every other arm chair Quarterback , i will always be like after the play thats not what i would of done. congrats boys? this team knows how to have fun and win. thats what it takes to play this game ,they are all playing so relaxed , coach Qualls is the mastermind behind this , again great job.

wheres the eagle fans at . we did it we came in 1st in regular season now we get the easy route to the championship game. way to go girls . there is so much class on this team unlike centerville , they got beat by the eagles 3 times this year and the last play of the game the true c-ville colars came out. i cant believe that girl was not ejected , but hey thats how they do it when they cant win. hear that no listen i think that is a bunch of wild dogs crying. victory is sweet and what makes it sweeter is that our girls did it the right way.

Why should the superstar junior have to abbide by the rules, if its not all about him his parents will run this couch off to. then next year he will be talking about how much he misses the old coach. But coaches and parents have to stay out of the way and let the players on the team take care of it, if there is any leaders on this team they cant let this keep on going. GO EAGLES

game at HC cancelled for reasons unknown. But tonight HC comes to EAST and this should be a good game. can someone tell me what the rule is for a district games to be rained out and the next time they play dont they or should`nt they play a double header like Fairview and SH is doing ? and if the coach is worried about gate money he can save what he was paying umpires. seems like a no brainer .

East Hickman this is a story for the 2 seniors that have stuck it out for 6 years in school ball ,east has had 6 diffrent coaches(from middle school to high school) and i dont see this coach around next year ,if so he will have the record for being the longest coach EH has ever had in baseball . pitching will be the big problem for us our ace is a head case sometimes and throws fits like my 2 year old. the truth is our catcher is our best pitcher but like the last 2 years no one else can be trusted to catch so he is stuck back there , this year we do have a reliable short stop , first base is in good hands as well , second base we have a freshman that plays above everyone else at this pos. third base will have to step up this year , outfield could be a long day better be ready. and our bats seems to be ok nothing great , but enough to win some games. These girls have a lot of talent from the 1 hitter to the 9 hitter ,and you could flip the batting order completely and have the same success. maybe a little light on pitching but if the ace #00 stays healthy and focused should be a good year for these girls. last week they beat Fairview 2 - 6 then played a 4 team turnament Saturday beating McCunen 6-0 and played centerville for the C-SHIP also winning 9-5. they are still a little rusty but I think it will be hard to beat these girls. Totally agree my son just a freshmen says he leads by example very quite and always keeps positive, no matter what. I wander how many yards he would've had if would of stayed at C-ville. We are very lucky to have him. Any stats on how many tackles he has? Also heard he was the team MVP last year, looks like he is headed in same direction this year as well. Does he ever get a break during the game?

it kind of looks that way considering they only gave the ball once to #22 in the second half, and kept there whole D-line in the bear crawl. Sounds like a Phillips call the way they tried to make one kid the hero was clear to everyone. Someone needs to pull there head out and worry about winning, instead of trying to make this all about one kid. dont get me wrong this kid is good but not at this position , he should be doing some lead blocking and more on defence.

great job C-ville your coaches were able to adjust and our defensive coach just goes through the motions, He has no business being a coach, it is apparent he is there for one kid and that kid is on offence, please excuse my spelling I had a few , but somethings had to be said. 1 for our power house #22 to only get the ball once in the second half is just stupid. he was open 10 times on all kinds of dump offs, but for some reason its always a QB run for negative yards. 2 on defence the bear crawl the whole game making it 7 on 11 makes no sence and thats where C-ville made the adjustment, and every person in the stands was screaming sweep every play ,but what could the linebackers do with there whole O-line coming at them because our D-line was on the ground.

Theres lots on the table here. The class of 2010 is the last class that could stay at HICKMAN or go to EAST. This game is the one everybody had circled on the calender. Should be a good one.
