Im sure there was a good reason that SH didnt pass the ball that often, although when they did throw it, some players made good catches and got good yardage. The big guy had a good game receiving and the QB did a pretty good job getting him the ball. Probably could have gotten more out of him this yea, hes a big target. SH's defense didnt look to sharp. they played flat all game.

When will all-region players be selected? is it before or after playoffs?

Just heard over the radio broadcast that Spring Hill will be playing Lexington at home in the first round.

One more thing, Spring Hills receivers didnt drop a ball all night. Page had several drops. Maybe thats bc they didnt practice out in the wet all week????

Page-8 Spring Hill-13 Spring Hill wins a sloppy one. Spring Hills defense bent, but didnt break. Page has a good defense, but Spring Hills looked better tonight. #12 from spring hill seems to be a threat, big and has good hands. #22 on defense played very well tonight too. I have actually been told that Page has good overall team speed. I would definatly agree that Spring Hill has a size advantage. They have a huge right tackle and 2 big interior d-linemen, all between 6-3 to 6-6 and around 300 lbs. But even though Page has good team speed, i would still give the speed edge to Spring Hill.

Regardless of the outcome of this game, i must say i am proud of our guys at SH. They have worked hard in the weight room during the off season. They are alot stronger than SH teams of the past. They have 2 linebackers and runnning backs that squat over 500 and one that squats over 600. the o-line has worked hard as well, and i believe that they are the strength of this team. Good Luck to both teams!!!

Totally agree. "Pist" will have nothing to say after this friday. Spring Hill will take them. But about the Marshall/Giles game- Giles has great coaching and very athletic players. Marshall is definatly the "underdog" in this game but im sure they will play their hearts out. Good Luck to both teams!!

First off, I know Page has a great defense, but besides the giles game, Spring Hill has held the other district opponents to about the same amount of points as Page has. Spring Hill's offense is more explosive than that of Page's. This will be a close game and i see the Raiders pulling away with this one. SHs o-line will have to step up in this one. They have been playing well all year. Another matchup that will be interesting is the size advantage spring hill has. Spring Hill is pretty big up front, and strong. Spring Hill by 14

I see Spring Hill taking this one. I know you cant really go by this but didnt Spring Hill beat East Hickman by 62 and Hickman only beat them by 2? So my guess is Spring Hill by 60, no, not really. Spring Hill by 28.
