Well overall sophomores are lacking experience, strength, and some mental aspects of the game. An example of an above average pitching staff would be Red Bank. No other staff in the area even comes close. Ooltewahs pitching staff obviously wasn't good enough to beat Meigs County.

It's quite amusing to me that Ooltewah feels like they have to recruit illegal players to have a decent team. It's a shame that the "stud" sophomore Brady Reed is going to be found out about by the TSSAA.

Red Bank is the team to beat for sure. They have a stellar pitching staff that has the ability to take them a long way. Ooltewah is definitely not spectacular by any means. Their team consists of several sophomores with an average pitching staff. Central is weak, And Soddy has some ability but i dont expect anyone to get past Red Bank.

i have a few points to make. 1. no one has seen every sophomore in the state (owlpride2665 thats slightly partial hence the owl in your name) 2. its too early to label anyone as the best before any stats have even been put up 3. who cares about sophomores
