  1. As if! I don't think that's even a remote possibility. You guys didn't even have a coach untill just a few weeks ago did you? Indy fans! Are ya'll gonna let this post go unchallenged? I've had my concerns/opinions about this Indy team and have been roundly savaged at times for them. I do, however, believe that Indy does have a lot of talent and can beat any team out there, given the right personnel deployed, etc.... Where are all the Indy 'Bandwagoners' now that the team seems to be struggling and are maybe viewed by some as 'not so much'? Curious anomaly.
  2. From what I understand the run D did show up and shut them down last Friday. If I were in your situation, I would simply continue to check this website for game night scores/etc. The Tennessean only seems to post stats on 'special' games. Good luck in the Sunshine State. Enjoy the Hurricanes! The force of the wind should bring back memories of some posters/posts on this website. lol lol lol
  3. Good idea! Let's talk about the game. Why bring up "the past". I also believe Indy will lay the smack down on this team Friday night. I think they are itching for a big win and will finally get it this week. "Should be a decent game unlike in the past." Past is prologue.
  4. Thanks for the information. But if Coach Eubanks is supposed to be providing this information to the media and isn't, why would he go to the trouble providing what must be very important information to someone who just emails him? Just a thought/opinion like yours and others.
  5. Others beside me have wondered about the lack of reported stats the last couple of weeks and have expressed their concern/curiosity as well. I expect that those who took over for you in this department simply can't live up to your legacy. And yes, it's just so much easier to post on a forum that is supposed to provide information/opinions about teams.
  6. Conspiracy theory? Ya'll are way too paronoid. Chill, please. Just mentioned that it was curious. Curious anomaly? Maybe. Interesting though. And if there was indeed a reporter at the Franklin game, he's not so much.
  7. Conspiracy? Yikes! Ya'll are just way too paranoid. Stay away from that grassy knoll! I was just observing that it does seem strange that when the stats are not so flattering, they don't seem to show up in the media. (no stats for the Franklin game either as I recall) It seems to me that someone should be taking care of this duty at the school.
  8. The stats haven't been in the paper for the past two weeks. Curious, isn't it? And yes, I as understand it, the run D did show up and played very well.
  9. Carefull with your posts about the QB there, or be ready to endure the wrath of the bandwagoners and recieve offers of game tapes. Just FYI. Good luck expressing any opinions about the players/coaching at Indy that go against the established and accepted norm there. It simply is not tolerated.
  10. Please, oh please, if you know what tnsparty was, is, or does get at, share it. Another poster with mind reading abilities. Good. So you can now take the lead in discerning other peoples 'interests'. It also seems that you pay close attention to the lenght of time people play stupid and embarrass themselves(good to have that monitiored as well). To 'clarify' things for you before I do play 'stupid' and "embarrass' myself,(somehow namecalling always seems to enter the picture with mindreaders) I have been posting for less than a year. FYI, I am also not a relative of any sort to anyone on the team. Can't make it much clearer than that. And my 'vested' interest is? Please share. Inquiring minds want to know!
  11. They didn't last week either that I could find. It's puzzling to me that when the stats don't provide 'star' numbers, they simply can't be found and no story is reported about what happened in these games. Isn't someone at the school at least providing this information to the media? It seems that other schools manage to get their stories and stats reported, regardless of the outcome.
  12. Don't dismiss Indy yet. From what I've been able to gather, they may be starting to come together. They do have the talent to make it interesting. I'm just not sure they have the coaching expertise to make it happen. We shall see. I hope they make a fight of it and prove all the naysayers wrong as a team, not simply one or two players for individual or school recruiting honors. That, I suppose, is where the coaching will come into play.
  13. I am also glad to see Nick Smith being permitted to contribute to the teams success lately wherever it is allowed. Want Senior leadership--put Seniors on the field. And those select few who jump on #7 about interceptions; they must be the same ones who jumped on Smith last year. No, wait a minute. It can't be the same select few. Because the end result of that was...........Oh well, the drama continues. I truley hope that Indy continues to fight through the rest of the season and gets a shot at a playoff berth. I guess it all depends on one person. And in business that peson is called the indespensable man. And can anyone tell me the correct answer to the business axiom "What do you do with the indespensable man?" The correct answer may surprise some.
  14. I don't know how much clarity it is that you need on this subject. Obviously more than I can offer in the grand scheme of things. And if you would please be so kind-explain to me exactly what my vested interest is? If not, that's OK. Goes right along with which question you wanted answered, I suppose.
  15. Can't remember, eh? Oh well, thanks for taking me off the hook anyway(whatever that ment). And I'm sincerely glad that you no longer care. I too hope that all of the players are able to help the team wherever and whenever possible; not just Nick Smith. I do hope this clears it up some.
  16. I do hope you are right on this.
  17. Exactly what question is it that you require an answer to? As for the rest of your post--pleasent thoughts! Would that it were.
  18. Who was trashed? Wasn't the list of other players long enough? Maybe I didn't say enough positive things about other players.
  19. I'm not sure which question it is you want answered, you have asked and at times answered so many. I am so happy that Smiths two whole catches (all that were thrown to him, by the way) made you glad(I believe they both resulted in first downs, but who actually tracks any other players stats, eh?) And you are certainly entitiled to your opinion regarding the QB, as I should be without suspicions, game tape offers, etc. I'm sure you wish nothing but the best for Nick Smith(as long as he is not the the starting QB). And I beleive that I have referenced other players in my previous posts. But, just in case seeing Smith's name on the post blinded you to this, let me just say again the Sheppard had a great Friday. Also this year Thomas Berry has been playing well along with Drew Kelly, TK Holmes, Cameron Williams, Taylor Dixon, etc..And one question remains at the running back position. Do they have one? I know Josh Baily can and should run the ball, he just never seems to get that opportunity. They also have another player who was initially told he couldn't play this year but was eventually allowed to join the team after a senior vote-Taylor Dixon could be making contributions on both sides of the ball if given the opportunity. Oportunity, it seems is in short supply for many players on this team who could conribute to the team. Yes, there are other players who should be discussed, however, do we need more bandwagons or reasons to defend the existing status quo? If this bothers you then please resist your urge to post as I have been trying to do too. Although, like you, I am also weak and feel compelled at times to reply. It must be a sickness.
  20. Sounds good to me. Let's see how long it lasts. Should be interesting.
  21. That's a shocker there. Then we should be fine, I suppose. I guess the only reason we did so poorly last week is that he left the game. God, that's a relief to know. Let's get ready to celebrate the next big win now that he's suiting up for friday. Thanks for the 'update'. Just what was needed! Whew, close one! Good to hear from the well informed.
  22. That should start a whole new circle of Bandwagoners. Prepare for the onslaught!
  23. So clever. So much class. Are all badwagoners this gifted? You want updates, ask Vince Young. Opps! Wrong QB. Same results, however. Nasty begets nasty. Play nice and express an opinion. Fine. Belittle. Not! And FYI, there are more than a couple people who see what CHS2007 summarized earlier.
  24. Read the CHS 2007 post earlier in this thread. Sums up my feelings on this matter in a nutshell. It seems a shame that it takes someone from another school in this conference to see this. And by the way, Sheppard had one great night didn't he? Senior leadership? Put Seniors on the field. (And yes it was interesting also that Smith caught both passes trown in his direction for first downs, I believe.) Sorry, I guess I'm not supposed to notice that either.
