The Knoxville heat has what we believe to be a very strong 11u team. They won the eastern sub state but did not go to memphis to play in state. They are a traveling team and do well in other states. I would like to see where they are in development against other teams in our area, but the thing is, I just cant see going and paying 3 or 4 hundred dollars to rate some 11 year old boys who might not be playing bball in 5 years. if you agree and would like to compete in a local tourney to see how good your own team is let me know by calling 865 548 6247 or email me at and i will set up a tourney. for 11u only so it wont take up all of your weekend. thanks for reading!!! sss!!!!

We don't care to travel at all in fact, we enjoy going to different places to play against different styles of ball. We are a fairly young athletic club and although I believe that we are strong, one 300.00 dollar tourney = two 150.00 tournies for us. also I'm not complaining about anything at all. I'm just tring to see if anybody wants to play in a 12u girls tourney in Knoxville. Didn't want anybody to think we are unhappy we just want to see who is the best in our area at a resonable price, in a good local tourney. sss!!!

Knoxville Heat have a strong 12u team, we travel and play in different cities. My problem is this season it seems tht everywhere we go there are not enough 12u teams to really get a look at how we stack up !!! The Knoxville Heat would like to let everyone know that we have a couple of slots open on our 10u team. We do travel but keep most of our trips within 4 hours of Knoxville. I just want to say for the record that I wish that some of these coaches in this wonderful basketball world of ours would not beg and beg kids to come to their teams and leave the teams that they have played for. I can't be the only coach who gets a child and works with them for years to develop that child into the player that some jonny come LATE-ly sees in a tourney, and the light just comes on it that coaches head "hey, I can work with that kid" Coaches, don't think that kid got that good all by themself. I would just like to challenge all of these JONNY's get a kid when they are young and develop them yourself. P.S. did not spell check IT IS what IT IS Thanks for letting me vent.
