Why would a team with a losing record want to go to the playoffs.They now take 4 teams from a District to the playoffs, I can see taking maybe the top 2 teams from a district but 4. I know its about MONEY but why would any team with a losing record be proud of that.

Does any one know how Maryville is going to be this season? I have heard that the Maryville coach does not play Freshman or soph. If this is true WHY? Also what do you think their stating line up will be.

Was the fall brawl played Oct.18-20? Does any on know who won?14u,16u,18u

I would not be posting this if some people didnt get on here and tell everyone how good they are suppose to be instead of letting their play speak for itself. But it is speaking for itself 0-4 Alcoa has been out scored 170-49.

ALCOA is not in the Maryville City Limits. Maryville gets no more money from ALCOA then Heritage or William Blount or for that matter any schools in Blount County. I think between Maryville and Alcoa their is 11 state championships.

Blount County has had Middle School softball for the past two years.This year they are playing their season in the fall instead of the spring. They are four out of Blount County:Heritage,Mary Blount, Eagleton,Carpterns. Also Kingston,Midway, I believe their is a couple more that plays each other.

It is Little League. Little is not as strong as it used to be account of more girls playing travel ball.
