Good job R. Wall...sounds like your going to keep the pitching tradition at WB going with pitching and hitting(the long ball).

Don't have a dog in this fight, but just curious who has Farragut scrimmaged this year. Bearden is a very good team with Sally, West showed everyone last year in the District tournament that they can play. Have you DodgerSS ever wondered why people dosen't care for Farragut, just read some of the post people from Farragut puts on here. Who do you play summer ball with DodgerSS? Diamond Dodgers? Last year is last year but I believe Central sent Farragut home from Mississippi.

After watching Alcoa play in the Heritage playday its not going to happen this year either. Alcoa struggled with all aspects of the game. Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching didn't look good at all this weekend. Alcoa 2-- West 3 Alcoa 0 -- South Doyle 2 Alcoa 6 -- Kingston 0

Alcoa scrimaged Lenior City at Lenior City 3-3-05. Alcoa 6 Lenior City 0. They played 6 ings. Alcoa pitchers: Hollifield-4IP-1 Hit- 0 BB-8 K's Bach-2IP-0 Hits- 1 BB. Sarah Vaghn hit a triple to right was the only hit given up by Alcoa pitchers. Alcoa looked O.K. for first scrimage. Alcoa plays in Heritage playday this weekend but will have 5 girls missing account of Church trip. Alcoa started 2 freshman and they looked good for their first High School game. Kaylee Garrett 2 doubles,Arika McDonald played good defense at 3b.(both Freshman).

bella444, I'm pretty sure who you are,I believe this is at least your second or third screen name that you have posted under. The last two or three years I haven't seen her get wild as you stated. And as for walks, didn't know that she walked alot of people. As for people giving her credit: She doesn't need anyone on Coacht giving her credit. She can get her credit on the field. As for the man yelling: She's used to that. When she pitches good I tell her. She knows that if I had to pick one pitcher in a big game that it would be her because she doesn't get frustrated as you stated. VCR & VTEC: I guess people knows who I am now.

I went and looked at the post again still haven't seen were Alcoa was rated. If Alcoa plays .500 ball they will be doing good. Alcoa will probly be starting, 1 SR., 2 JR, 4 SO. , and 2 FR.

I think Bearden has all of last years team returning except Brittany Richardson(ETSU) and Heather Broyles who transfered to Powell.

"if she can keep it together" what does she need to keep together.

I know Lenior City has S. Vaughn. Have heard they have had a pitcher transfer in. Anyone have any info on this.

Just got off the phone with VTEC said he did't know who VCR was.

Heritage pitchers are: Shelly Fagg SO. Kayla Miles SO. Katlyn Gourley SO. Kara Murr FR. Would think that S. Fagg will get most of the pitching...VCR can't figure out who you are were does your daughter play at? Halls?

Don't know... last year I don't believe they even scrimmaged anyone. We are going to play in the Heritage playday.March 4-5.. How and who did Heritage play Sat.

Don't know if you are making fun of Heritage or not but Heritage will give everyone in that District a tough time.

We are scheduled to scrimage Piegon Forge March 1,Lenior City March 3, Heritage playday March 4-5..We open the season with Lenior City March 14, and then Seymour March the 15th. Baby blue could get derailed but as long as Carol is coaching they still will be hard to beat. Think it will come down to who can excute the short game. We are playing in 3 tournaments March 25-26 Anderson County ,April 1-2 Bearden, April 15-16 Catholic... The "T" in KTA. Had to ask last year what that ment myself. Don't think its personal. Think it was ment to stand for "their". Have heard it called other things though. Good luck to you all also.(also but not against us)

Coach23 What High School tournaments are you playing in this year?

Wouldn't count out the Knoxville area teams. Gibbs-always very good year end and year out. Karns-very tallented team. Pitching not sure about. Maryville-strong defense, pitching may not be to strong.
