Don't know who started the story about a York player getting kicked, but it is not true. I watched closely when the player slid into the student section, NOTHING of that nature happened!!!!! LA had their hickup against Upperman. That won't happen against DC. Team looks focased now. Dunn was not just looking to score last night, he was getting the rest of the team involved by making assists. That combination will very hard to beat. LA by at least 15!!!

The late season lull (as you call it), ended in the 2nd half at Macon Co. after Chase broke the scoring record. The, self-induced pressure, he was under is now gone. He will be back to his old self and so will the rest of the CATS. On a rainy night at LA, the fire-breathing Dragons will have a hard time getting flame going. My prediction: LA by 26 after playing the bench!!! CONGRATULATIONS:::: Chase on breaking the record. It's been fun to watch.

Whether we had 2 dunks or not , 4 points went on the scoreboard and in the scorebook. True LA fans would be patting each other on the back rather than talking about them! However, to set the record straight, we did have 2 dunks. Granted they were not "John Jenkins Rim-Rattlers" they one-handed throw downs. On a scale of 1-10, I'll give Smith's a 5 and Reeder's a 3 just simply because he is a 6' Freshman with enough "gumpshion" to even try it!!!! See ya at Upperman tonight.

LA is a beatable team, but not by Cannon Co. LA lost to Ensworth Sat, avery good Ensworth team. Talent at every position. I hope CC getting within 9 a couple of times don't give you a false since of hope!! The rematch at LA won't be the game you think it will. I predict LA by 25 with the freshmen finishing the game. Credit LA's defense for part of the 11 turnovers and their offense for the 15 0 run and they played badly!! CC may be young, but look what LA's JV did to them. 72 19 Sorry the future doesn't look good either.

Well SCRUB, if you won't say it , I will "The refs were horrible." They lost control of the game and evidently don't know the rules of the game either. I read somewhere that someone was wanting to know who was the best 8th grade baseball player in Tenn. Here's a candidate: Colby Reeder - Overton Co. Middle School- Had a .597 batting avg. with 4 homeruns and he can play every position on the field!

Tenn. Elite 12u girls make championship bracket with a 14 point victory over the Indiana Wildcats. After loosing their first 2 pool play games, they needed a 13 point victory to get in. They made it with only one point to spare. Good luck to all Tenn. teams.
