  1. No one ever said that you should roll over. No one said they acted bad. Yes we did not throw our big guns but it is a long season and we need them when it counts, plus you have to win with others also and today we didn't.
  2. By the way I don't think I ever complained about a thing, Just stated that 139 pitches the first week of the season is insane.
  3. By the way. Not upset, we just did not hit today. All teams have these types of games at some point. Your time will come. No not a coach, just someone who knows.
  4. Wrong, I know what our pitch count was and he was pulled at 75.
  5. Cody Lawson threw for Red Bank. Threw well enough to win but they didn't get the hits when needed. stranded 13 runners. Left a man on 3rd 6 out of 7 innings.
  6. Not sure what the kids name was that pitched for Seq. County but I do know that the coach allowed him to throw 139 pitches before he was pulled. Must have wanted to beat Red Bank really bad, because they acted like they had won the world series. Wow 139 pitches in week 1. The kid won't last all year if the coach allows that each time he goes to the mound.
  7. Hey catsbacker, Saw on another post where you said that you didn't like the coach who took the Ooltewah job either. Why do you umpire anyway if you don't like coaches. You just there for the money you make whether you do the job or not. If pay was based on the job done you would more than likely would have to pay the schools back.
  8. Like the other poster said, I can't believe that a TSSAA ump would talk about how he can't stand a certain coach. Well catsbackr, does that mean that you do such a terrible job on the field and behind the plate because you don't like one of the coaches of the game you are calling. That could be one reason but the biggest is that you are just that bad at what you do. Sorry if the truth hurts, just ask around. I haven't ever heard anyone talk about a good job that you have done in the field or behind the plate.
