Wait... Youre actually suggesting were going to coach someone up....? Im afraid were gonna find out its really hard for these coaches to win when theres just a small dip in talent. Yeah I understand that it was a rebuilding year, but I dont think anyone thinks we should have only been a 2-8 team.....theres still talent there. As far as the O-line goes, I stand by my statement that if youve got a line full of players who way 200 lbs or less youre gonna get dominated in 6A.....and knowing our roster thats all we got. Heres to hoping those boys get in the weight room and make something out of themselves because this next season could be on their shoulders.

Not to be critical....but with the exception of Revis none of those guys have the size we need to run the ball like Coach Cameron wants to. Its tough to play in the highest division in the state with 200 lb linemen...

Great great win....theres so much to build on. All I can say is WOW after watching Desmond run tonight, and WOW after seeing the effort our team put out there tonight. I didnt see us coming out and playing hard after last Thursday, but the boys proved me wrong. The future may be bright for the golden eagles. Thanks seniors for sticking together and pulling through....all of us Rhea county fans appreciate it. Also...what idiot forgot to build the other half of the visitors section??

Still a little bitter about us putting you out of the playoffs last November...? I cant say Id blame you. Clinton football has sucked for many many years....a quick run through of the math shows that Clinton has averaged a whopping 2 wins per year and has made the playoffs once so far in this decade (only to be destroyed by Rhea Co in the first round). Good luck the rest of this season but watch out for those ineligible players.

Our defense just looked confused and lost all night long....we dont have a chance of stopping any team that has an above average QB, and its really been that way for the past several seasons. No pass rush from the 3 man front = all day to throw the ball = someone will eventually come open. Ill spot Johnson those two drops over the middle for catching that one after getting his bell rung. The kids tough as nails....I thought Hester had some good tackles on defense but of course that drop stands out. He deserves some credit I think. Especially for his punting. I agree about Rice and Desmond....Rice was just moving at a different level than anyone else on the field. Congrats to Soddy...

Ive been watching Rhea Co football for a long long time.....and that was the worse defensive coaching coaching Ive ever seen. theres no pride out there. # 45, 5, 12, 8, 10, and 84 gave it their all out there tonight. thanks boys.

Rhea Co. is starting 2 freshman that I know of. RB Desmond Sharp, brother of All-State RB Julian Sharp....he has started the past two games. Had a 155 yards against Cleveland. Jacob Revis, brother of UT Freshman Kevin Revis has also started much of the season at tackle.

Cleveland... Because of the bus load of thugs they bring to our house every other year and the filthy Clevelandites that come along with them.

I think our seniors deserve our support for these last 2 games.....it's gonna be nice to continue this winning streak over Soddy Friday night.

Congrat's on beating quite possibly the worst Rhea Co team in 30 years.... We just couldnt capitalize tonight. Fumble at the 1 yardline, unbelievably conservative offensive play calling, and not being able to make a tackle on defense. Parks is a monster.
