I remember the Battles coach Horton and coach Monroe used to have back in the good ole days. My dad would take me to the best games in the area and Cleveland vs Rhea was always a head banger. I was a little guy, elementary school days. These days are different! No coach Horton(I miss him too, funny and gruff) and no good ole days for the eagles! Owls 48 Rhea 0 Those old Rhea/Cleveland games were great ones....just pure hate

those refs S-U-C-K!!!!!!!!!! they should never be allowed to ref a game again...cant really complain about our performance tonight. You never know what might have happened with all the bs going on. I thought we ran the ball better than weve ran it against any team this season. I know ill take some heat for this...but I really dont like the continuous arguing with the refs during the game....especially burning a timeout just to argue with the refs. It was well deserved but I like to see a coach keep his cool. When a team plays with too much emotion then you see plays like you saw on the after the fumble. Our defense was just deflated...the great teams and coaches keep their cool in all situations. Check out Maryville and George Quarles. Ive watched too many games against them over the past few years where we make a big play, then they come back and make a big play, then we fold up like a cheap tent and are done for the night. anyways, Im proud of the boys effort tonight

Ables and company will be too much for an undersized and slow Rhea County team. I think Ables and McMinn's team speed will keep pushing the Eagles around for another year at least. McMinn to start a play-off run with a victory in Evansville Friday night. I hope your whole team thinks like that...

Yes that is true, there are going to be some changes player wise this week at the linebacker positions. I'm pretty sure Rice is now the new starting MIKE linebacker. I don't know yet if Zach Cochran is now the starting SAM linebacker, but he is going to be playing more at linebacker this week for sure. Offensively Jacob Kidd is going to get a chance to play some more along with Isaac Roddy. Good changes in my opinion...as for the score 35-10 is probably a fair spread, although I think that we can keep it much closer than that.

Honestly.... thats all I read of your post. You may have taken up for him later but that kid played his hind end off tonight. The truth is that hes playing with a tailback who lost his moves...receivers who cant get open/catch...and a line that just cant block.....without him were 0-10 this year. Congratulations to Chris Johnson...he's becoming one of my new favorite players...Definitely not the biggest or fastest but gives it all hes got every time he touches the football. and nobody cares about your opinion bradley....have fun being relevant for a season or two....dont you have some sort of basketball thread to be talking on?
