So what is your prediction?

If I was the Bobcats, I wouldn't won't too fall behind because a close game or a game that Lipscomb is winning doesn't favor the Cats. This is a team that doesn't make mistakes. Well why don't we just all agree Lipscomb is perfect and that there is no need to play the game they have already been declared the winners because they played a tougher schedule so that makes them better than Giles.

I'm sure these vary a little from source to source but here are the basic stats: Rushing: Giles 210.3 DL 248.2 Passing: Giles 227.2 DL 44 YPG: Giles 437.5 DL 292.2

I personally don't think who they have played will make much of a difference, because usually when it comes to a rivaly game records, stats and everything else can be thrown out the window. But I keep hearing about Lipscomb playing teams with better records than Giles has, so here is Giles and Lipscombs schedules. As far as the records of teams played doesn't seem to be a whole lot of difference. Regardless of what anyone on here posts we will all know come friday which is the best team this year. It really doesn't matter who played who, it will come down to two teams determined to make it to the next round. We've got 22 seniors who really don't want friday night to be their last game. Win or lose Giles County has a special group of young men who have all year long played together as a team.

He has not taken them anywhere-THEY(the TEAM) have been and are going to the playoffs. I don't think the team sees just ONE-they lose as a team and they win as a team. Not a single one of them could have the stats they have without all of them being where they are. I hope Bo or Zach does win it.

Well now it's a 70% chance so bring you umbrellas, ponchos and whatever else will help to keep you dry and warm. I think I've forgotten what it feels like to watch a ballgame and still be dry!

There was only suppose to be a 30% chance of rain for the Lewis Co. game and we got wet! If the forecast stays(50%) like it is now we will get wet again-messy, messy homecoming.

Lewis County is better than their record appears to be. You have to take into consideration the teams that they have lost to. GC knew that this would not be a walk in the park.

Giles has indoor turf?..........and a brand new stadium?...........WOW. Where is the indoor turf at? Spring Hill (poor guys)........been practicing out in the rain all week. Practice pants standing up on their own in the locker room when they dry out In the field house-they hold practice in there when it's wet.

gchsrb.. I'll tell you a little bit about mike. (Clue #1) He's about 5'6 at the most and played on the team last year. (Clue #2) He was a receiver who played some special teams. Now wait I know what you're thinkin.. who the heck could that possibly be!? Maybe this will give you a little bit better insight on the man behind the ID.. (Clue 3) Wallace came in as a freshman and took his position as a backup quarterback and he is still carrying the grudge till this day.. Sound familiar anyone? Wrong answer!

The GC starters need to play 4 quarters and they haven't been. When was the last time they played a full four quarters? They can't get used to playing just 2 quarters per game there will be no 2 quarters and out in the playoffs. But if the coach leaves them in he gets crucified and if he takes them out the 1st team looses neccessary game time, so what should he do?

In reality ..if Fairview manages to make this a close game, then I feel that the district is tighter than I thought. On the other hand, when Fairview sees the "speed" of Giles, the game will get out of hand....quick. Fairview has NEVER been known for speed....well...let me correct that..."IF" the Fairview team could move as fast as their fans mouths they would win title after title....case closed. I keep hearing the district schedule we play this year will hurt GC in the playoffs. I'm not really up on what all the other district teams are doing but I did look at the standings and didn't see a whole lot of difference in the win/loss ratio compared to our district. So please tell me which teams you think has the advantage by playing better caliber teams in their districts. It looks to me like there is a big dog in each district.

Oh stop nitpicking basically there are 11 offensive starters and 11 defensive starters and depending on the package one or two may play on the other side of the ball. No one ever said we didn't have players that sometimes play both ways. For the most part #1 Kimbrough and #17 Inman are the DBs. If the receivers on the other team are tall they will at times put #12 in.

From the looks of things at this point I think Lipsocmb has more to worry about than GC does.
