last year, we (hillsboro) were in the playoffs semifinals against maplewood and it was 13-14. Maplewood was 14. It was the fourth Q and we had the ball at Maplewood's 20 yard line. Our QB threw to a WR and he missed it. So, we had to kick a 15-20 yard field goal. We kicked it.....there were 2 refs. The ref at our goalline said it was good. But the ref at the other goal line said it wasn't then the ref at our goal line changed his answer to not good /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> We lost to Maplewood 14-13. We been maplewood in the reg. season during that year too. 27-14

It is always hard to beat them because they are an all-boys school, But If anybody can do it hillsboro can. their def really improved it will be a good matchup and corey may play in that game or the maplewood's game /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

I talked to Greg Young today (hillsboro starting QB) asked him If corey will play tonight vs overton.He said no. But, corey will be returning. Greg said corey will be out for about 6 weeks

First of all, it was it wasnt Hillsboro's home turf (Franklin was the home team on the score board) and besides Franklin I think the number 3rd most rich town in davidson. Greg Young and Eric Gorden bough us back in the 3rd by alot we were down 21-0 going into the 4th and came back to make it 34-21 (Franklin Win) too bad it was the 4th. I think if we had one more Q we would have beat Franklin.
