  1. Yeah, Greeneville has some of the fastest players I have seen in a while. Those runs were amazing. Once again, our passing game fell apart with 3 picks and 1 almost a pick 6. We made a few good passes but more bad than good. Running game for us was very solid so no sadness there. 55-14 was crazy, I knew it would be a blowout but never would have thought it would have been that bad. Can't wait till next year though as this year looks like it will be a rebuilding year. Hardin went 2-2 on EP so thus far she has only missed 1 EP this season.
  2. It won't be as bad as the JV game. EHS always comes to play and usually gives Greeneville a few problems. I still think Greeneville will win and by how much determines on what Elizabethton team shows up. If by some sort of miracle we got our passing game patched up I think this game will be closer than Greeneville fans would like to think. If passing falls apart like it had in the last 2 games Greeneville wins big. Greeneville: 31 EHS: 7 Also Elizabethton fans ONLY. How many PFs do you think #55 will rack up tonight? I hope none but he has 3 in the past 2 games I believe.
  3. No, she kicks it over you. So therefore you dont LET her have anything. Will she make a FG beyond the 25? More than likely not. So it's either gonna be TD or nothing
  4. a good game for greeneville yeah. EHS is playing horrible this year. Losing everyone last year is really starting to show. Next year it might be a good game but this year lets not beat around the bush lol we're gonna get spanked and if we don't then I'll be a very happy and surprised EHS fan. We barely escaped with a stolen win from HV tonight who I KNOW is nowhere near Greeneville level so yeah.
  5. So EHS goes to Gville to face the devils! It's not gonna be pretty. There is a reason they are #1. I don't live in a fantasy world so I believe Greeneville takes this one easy. EHS is too inexperienced this season.
  6. So EHS win 13-10 but once again the scoreboard does not tell the whole story. EHS didn't deserve to win this game and in my opinion we played worse than HV did tonight. HV came out motivated and it showed each play. EHS looked sloppy out there until the last 80yrd drive that won the game with 24 seconds to go. This game should not have been close but yet it was. EHS had 15 penalties for 115 yrds. 3 of those were personal fouls. I dunno much about #55 but he had 2 PF called on him tonight I believe and 1 I think against SH last week. That guy needs to adjust his attitude. EHS had 3 Int I believe and HV had 8 fumbles. The running game from HV and EHS was pretty even tonight. Once again, passing was a problem as we had a few excellent passes dropped or bobbled. #15 went 8-20 passing I think. Our RB stood out again and had almost 100 yrds rushing with a TD so it was good. Hardin is no longer perfect. She missed a long FG(for her it was long) It was blocked. And she went 1-2 in EP. Next week EHS had better fix everything!!! Otherwise it will be a slaughter
  7. yeah, I remember last year they had a number of people talking crap but yet they haven't had anyone say anything this season. Even against Unaka
  8. Yeah, the only way we can make this a game is if our passing is connecting. I'm convinced that if we could have connected on the majority of our passes we would have beaten SH.
  9. The thing is there is no reason for Gville needing to take out our kicker because Gville is favored to win so there is no threat. She is a EP kicker only so it's not like she is a taylor Hodge or Brian freeman who can decide the game with a FG so she is no threat offensively. We had a bunch of shots to kick for 3 but they went on 4th every play other then the ones they punted on. But yeah, of course it would disrupt her and odds are pretty high that she'd go down with an injury because she isn't that big in the first place.
  10. yeah but why would you even run into the kicker in the first place? Just block instead of being a douche because there is nothing to prove by hitting the kicker lol
  11. I believe EHS is pretty solid on D. They stuffed the SH run game up until the 4th. But unless we can clean up our passing game it will be a long night
  12. For real...we missed a few big pass plays that would have won us the game.
  13. EHS vs Happy Valley EHS with a good D, fairly solid run game, and botchy passing. I don't know much about HV other then they beat Unaka tonight.
  14. I agree Tab. It's one of the dumbest things I've heard in a while. they are also alienating their own fans by doing that because there are more people who attend the game that don't have reserved status then do. The crowd tonight was crazy packed though. Shoot they could even go as far as expanding the visitors side out towards the grassy area by the scoreboard or move the scroeboard and make a horseshoe lol jk
  15. Final score SH: 14 EHS: 7 Recap: First half was all defense. 0-0 at the half. 2nd half SH went up 7-0 off of a lucky play. They punt and it lands on the 1. our QB gets hit and fumbles in the end zone allowing SH to jump on it for the score. Later SH went up 14-0 in the 4th on a great set. EHS returned with a big pass play followed by the QB keeper to make it 14-7. SH then ran out the clock. Defense both teams looked good. SH forced 3 TOs..2 int. 1 fumble. EHS forced 1 TO on an int. Offensively SH had a good running game but poor blocking kept it from getting established until late in the 2nd half. EHS had a good running game as well. In the air EHS just couldn't get it going not being able to hook up with the WR on the big plays. Good game overall and packed. If anyone needs a new stadium EHS does. Literally only like 10 rows on the home side are not reserved and tonight they announced that the section on the visitors side from the 50-40 yrd line would become reserved starting monday meaning that there will be less seating for both home fans and visitors. Just a side note I was sitting on the 45 yrd line on the Visitors side. I was wearing the tie dyed oranage Elizabethton shirt...it felt funny looking around and seeing bothing but maroon. good turnout
  16. A week early? I voted for Gville btw. If we play like we did tonight it's over before it begins. I support my team but I'm not delusional. Unless we can fix our passing game we're gonna be in trouble in the non-conference play.
  17. I didn't know HV even had a band O_O
  18. I've been hearing the SH had a great D in the SD game but their offense was a bit underwhelming.
  19. Yes, clearly I was not thinking clearly when I posted my prediction but then it was also a knee jerk reaction as well. I think AT MOST EHS will win by 10-14..31-10 was a joke looking back at it now lol
  20. True and from what I have been hearing SH has a good D this year but their offense was also lacking. It will be interesting and I stand by my original prediction that EHS will win but like I said, Score will probably change later in the week. I know it will be closer in the end, it is everytime they play each other. But you can't tell me that this year's Science Hill is a stronger team(at this point) then the one that was whipping us for years on end(excluding last year) Aug. 28, 2009 at Science Hill 14 Elizabethton 23 Aug. 29, 2008 at Elizabethton 21 Science Hill 28 Aug. 31, 2007 at Science Hill 28 Elizabethton 7 Aug. 25, 2006 at Elizabethton 7 Science Hill 21 Aug. 26, 2005 at Science Hill 12 Elizabethton 6 Aug. 27, 2004 at Elizabethton 13 Science Hill 24 Aug. 29, 2003 at Science Hill 9 Elizabethton 7 Aug. 30, 2002 at Elizabethton 34 Science Hill 28 Aug. 24, 2001 at Science Hill 35 Elizabethton 14 in the past 9 years we are 2-7 against SH.
  21. I said it in my toughest places to play thread and i'll say it again. Greeneville is definitely going to be one of the toughest places to play in this region.
