heck i'm a il late but all i wanted to say is great job this year Polk. this was a good team to watch and can't wait already for next season to get here. Seniors thanks for 4 great years of football good luck in the future

Polk has alot of heart and pride and they have won games that they weren't suppose to win past and present because of that. I wish the cats the best of luck and hope they pull it out. Also any team from region 3 3A pulls out a victory and keeps rolling. Good Luck to Polk, Howard, and McMinn Central this week

Good luck Polk!! Seniors leave it all on the field friday night and play hard hitting ball like yall have all year. Also seniors be the leaders friday night make statements with your hits and sportsmanship. I really hope polk pulls this off they got the heart and that polk Pride. The defense will play great like always and the offense will have to step up this week for polk to win the defense can't do it all. Station Camp is going to score points but I don't think as many as everyone is saying its going to be close the polk offense has to play well for polk to win. I'm a former member and a loyal fan of polk but i jsut wanted to say that howard better be ready to play ball friday night. central has the speed but they can pound the ball also. not taking anything away from howard they are a good team also i'm just saying they better be ready for a hard fought game. i wish that i could come to this game but have to work the chains at the polk notre dame game which is going to be boring. anyways central does talk but they back it up on the field. in a previous post a read that howard has class and i agree i was over there with them the whole game against polk and they showed great sportsmanship the coaches for howard have done a great job with that team. and for central i'm all for talking as long as you back it up and they have all year. this game is going to be a great one and i wish i could be there to watch it. i missed i few words big deal. and thats all i had to say about that game anyways. and for the polk notre dame game polk will win big and your right they are upset off about the central game my brother plays for polk and he wasn't happy with the loss who is after a loss. Go POLK!!!

I just want to say something real fast about the central polk game. sentral was ready and played great and showed polk that they still got some learning to do thats for sure. i'm a former member of the team and now i loyal fan i stayed the whole game i din't bail on them when it got ugly. yes we got a lot of young players but that no excuse we were just out played and i don't know what th deal was calling the plays that didn't work over an over but i'm not a coach on the team thats up to them and its up to the players on the field to excute the play. both temas played with heart and pride. Do luck to central in the playoffs and it would be fun to see you in the second round. So to this friday i think polk will handle the irsh with no problem and that they will be fired up its senior night hop eto see alot of people friday night. Sorry haven't been on all week work sent me to school.I've had this game on my mind all week and thought about it alot. All I'm going to say is that polk has a real good defense and central has a real good offense. This game is going to be hard hitting and i think boht teams will score alot of points like last year and its going to come down in the 4th of who wants it more. Also the team with the fewest mistakes tonight win have a better chance of winning the game. I'm ready for this game good luck to both teams. GO POLK

Polk has proved themselves this year and have played great football all year. i'm ready for this game tongiht and i'm sure the players are ready. GO POLK

Both teams will have to limit the mistakes in this game. polks defense will be tought to score on for the chiefs and polks offense needs to get better from the meigs game because that was poor playing on that side of the ball. i think polks wins this one though because the d is to strong and they will be ready for this game. this years team don't look ahead to the next game they take it one at a time and i love that and they play with heart and alot of the POLK PRIDE. Polk will be there to play and win. this win puts them in the playoffs for the 8th year in a row. i think polks d will be to much for the chiefs. polks offense needs to get the mistakes gone for this game and the rest of the season beacause at some point the defense ain't going to be able to carry the offense. congrats to the chiefs they are having a good year and could be playoff bound. i just don't see them betting a hard hitting focus polk team

yeah we kept up with them and like yeehaw said are dbs were right there with them. i saw how the players for polk came off the field after that game and they took it hard because they should have won but shouldv'e don't cut it and they know that. polk is going to be ready to play friday night. yeah we got young guys playing but they are playing at a high level and thats going to help the next 2 seasons. but this team this year is something special and are playing together which hasn't happen alot in the past. this team will be hard to beat for meigs i don't see them beating polk. i'm ready for friday to get here so everyone in meigs see that polk is not the same team they are use to playing against they are faster then years past and still are a very hard hitting team still

Meigs don't have a chance this week polk is faster and will hit harder!! they are in better shape just look at the howard game they kept up with the suppose to be faster team not taking anything away from howard they are a great team. and this limp guy has to be a ex player that thought he had it and din't prove it to the coaches. Coach davis plays who gives the team the best chance to play. anyways poklk wins this one and that will shut up limp. i'll be at the game and can't wait to see that score board at the end with polk on top. like in a previous post meigs has beat us once in the last 7 years!! Polk Is going to be out for blood this week. they played a very well hard fought game against howard and the polk players won't lose this one. i saw how the polk players took that loss to howard and they took it hard and all i got to say be ready tigers because the cats are upset and ready to get winning again. The tigers have improved but i don't think its going to be enough to take the cats down coach davis will have them ready and hungry for the win. Game Day!!!! I'm ready for 730 to get heere and watch the wildacts and tigers to some hard hitting. this game has me excited because its going to be a hard fought game. i think howard will get tired toward the end of the second. of halfway through the third. polk is in great shape like always and i don't see them geting tired. the team with the fewest mistakes is going to win this game so good luck to both teams. i'm a huge polk fan and former member of the team. all i see on this thread is alot of young guys getting stuff started like revolution56 i mean come on dude grow up! you need to stop putting people down on here this is where fans can talk about the game. well got that out of the way for the game this is going to be a very good game. Polk's d is going to have to play hard like always but i think the offense will decide this game and they are improving each week. i'm ready for this game to get here because to be honest i thought sweetwater was going to be a real test for us and they didn't test us i was there at the game on the sidelines and sweetwater didn't impress me at all. so i'm ready for this one to watch polk to play with alot of heart like always and hit hard good luck to both teams

I agree with you trevy thats jsut goes to show that when players do that how good are program is and how coach davis runs it. i'm like you i'm gonna have to get on the phone and find out about this one keep me updated

THats how i see it to when you got containment speed fromthe backs can't hurt you that bad and are ends to a great job at that. And # 62 for polk is a beast i've watch him all yeah he goes 110% every play and gets after it. hes a very good end and he is just a sophmore so i expect great things from him. we will just see how good the sweetwater o is against the always hard hitting d of polk. 2 more days and we will get a great game. Yeah trevy i'm i huge polk fan 2 and been apart of the team. yeah its on paper i was just saying what i read. you have a point some of the other teams in the state play tougher teams. but as of now on paper we got the best. i'm just ready for the game friday to see how good the d is and i don't think i'll be let down and trevy does have a point the offense plays good it makes it better for the d to do thier jobs. teh lost of 35 hurts a little on the o side of the ball but coach davis always has a way of finding a player to step up iand fill the role i've seen it before so i won't be surprised. come on friday

This will be polks first real test of the season. sweetwater is always a tough game. but knowing coach davis and his staff they will have polk ready and hungry to prove they are a team to beat. polk's d will be hitting hard like always and the o will surprise people this week. i'm not bragging but i read sunday that polk has the best d in the state and i know we haven't played a tough team yet but this week they will prove it to everyone that has doubts. i'll be there like always and can't wait for this game friday. good luck to both teams and GO POLK

i agree trevy like i said in my post before me and you are on the same page i grad in 04 and still love the team like coach said always a cat. we will get a good idea next friday how good this team is this year
