Whitehaven got 26 from Mathew Murrell and upset the defending champs East 60-55 in the district championship. James Wiseman had his usual NBA performance with 32 points and 6 blocks.

Mediocre according to Maryville standers. Not in the sense of not good.

The word we got is that he will miss the entire game and yes he was ejected in the first half. TSSAA rules different from college.

Let me add that our defense has currently accounted for 18 INTs this season. 11 in the regular season and 7 in the post season. The WH pass defense is pretty strong as well.

Based on practice today I see a totally different focus post season than I did regular season. Everyone is finally tuned in!!!

Germantown Actually got away with one last friday night vs Central on the long pass play at the end of the game. The Central player fumbled the football out of bounds. Should have been Central ball.
