I never said that there is anything wrong with discipline, with barger there was plenty of it and this year griswald could hold the team's full attention this was because he had the respect of the players and thats the sign of a true leader, that is something that a head coach has to be able to do to be successful.

I agree 100% with you mr. cleats. ALso I have read some posts that make it seem as tho the players do not respond well to discipline, or hard work. That is stupid. Barger disciplined the team and worked them like crazy. The difference is that bartsch could never seem to go through a workout or practice without degrading a player, or making them feel worthless. Honestly, can any of you tell me that would want to play for a person like that, how can you show respect to him when this happens to you or your teammates?

I believe Young is going to have reconstructive surgery on his knee, from what i hear. Haven't heard the date though.

Did i ever say that they had eleven starters out on both sides??? I think i remember saying that they just had a lot of injuries and that they weren't the same team as early in the season, and that they still made you play sloppy. But yeah i'm done with this york stuff

I just got tired of ppl thinking that Marion is some unstoppable power because they beat a York team that was nowhere near as good as they were earlier in the season, and you played sloppy because the healthy part of the York team was still forcing your players to make big mistakes...that's just how i see it tho. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
