Had you read my post earlier, you would have seen that I gave LL credit for being a great player and also gave her teammates credit as well. I stated that EB was doing a good job making her 3 point shots. I also pointed out that DEFENSE was critical. What make CR so potent is that they ALL contribute. You can't rely on a couple of players to score all of the time. Each young lady brings something to the game. I agree if they called everything the game would never end. You would have to agree that the officials let the girls play without calling ticky tacky fouls. Clarkrange came to play and did so. If you think JC didn't bring their game, think again. Clarkrange played a better defense and executed a great offense. I will say it once again, they are consistant all the time and that is the difference.

I also do not know this man, but it our duty and responsibility to lift him in prayer. Just remember when we do not stand together, we will fail. Our coach and team also has prayer before and after each game. For those who oppose, they have the freedom not to participate. You are right when we take GOD out of the equation, we will ultimately pay the price. Look at other nations who chose to forget him.

I thought the officating was equal on both sides. I would have to say it did not favor either team and they let the girls play the game. Leonard walked more than a couple times. I am not taking away anything from her game, she is a good player and made the tourney team. Unfortunately some of Leonard's fellow teamates got charged with fouls that should have been charged to her. /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> Heady and Reed both got called for a couple of questionable actions. Lets be real for a second. CR wanted to win and came fired up. Sometimes, the best offense is a great defense. JC has great players and it will be a great game each time they face each other. Not to mention that Emily Bowman was pretty successful from 3point range also.

They down a team because they are jealous of the success. Clarkrange along with other schools in 7A work very hard. It shows. Individuals and teams that reach success should be recognized in a positive way. It is a sad day when these young athletes have to deal with scrutiny due to as you put it "Pathetic" attitudes. It was a great game. I agree it is so awesome how Molly Heady went from 2nd team to MVP. I wonder what those who thought she deserved 2nd team in the coaches poll a week ago are feeling now? Congratulations as well to the All-District team. Their hard work was recoginized. If these two teams meet up again, the Lady Buffaloes need to watch Emily Bowman. So I guess you could say the same about Monterey or any other school when kids transfer in county right? Get over the sour grapes and face the facts that those kids play hard. All those young ladies at each school love to play or they would not. Let them play the game and we see who cries foul when they lose.

I agree. I want all these young ladies to be successful. You never know where the road will lead, but in order to get there from here, you have to begin the journey.

With all the people talking about JC and CR, did anyone ever stop to think that both of the successful programs start with good leadership at an early age. I belive that the coaches take an interest in the players from an early age. When a coach gets as dedicated to the players as they are to him success happens. Laken, Molly, and Taylor made a choice to move in a different direction. That takes courage. Too many people worry about what others think and never take a stand. I commend them and so should everyone else. Quit complaining and start encouraging, you earn respect that way. Molly is consistent in her actions on and off the court. Wish the coach at Monterey would man up and apologize. Not sure that will happen. Ego is too big. Its not about him or his team at this point. The players at Monterey deserve better.

At the end of the day everyone knows why and who was treated without respect. 7A has a host of wonderful young men and women who deserve to enjoy the game. It is just a sad day when an adult acts in a childish manner just so they can get revenge. Molly overcame this obstacle just like others she has faced. She plays for a great coach and has support from her teammates and friends.

Just remember she has been consistantly great all year and so have the ladies she playes with. She has experienced true leadership and team play at its finest. Wouldn't you agree?
