  1. westmoreland has a soccer team?
  2. Just heard this today too, congratulations to both young men and their families. Hendersonville knocked off CAK today in the first game of the coveted Bearden Tournament 3-2 without Gutz in goal. The game was 3-0, in Hendersonville's favor, until CAK scored off 2 free kicks in the final 15 minutes.
  3. Hendersonville controlled the game vs. Beech for the most part. The midfield for Hendersonville dominated the possession. There was also a great atmosphere at the game with both Beech and Hendersonville's respected student sections turning out in great numbers. And Gutz will be traveling with the team to the Bearden Tournament, however he is still a game time decision and it is questionable whether or not he will start.
  4. The Lavergne game is postponed till tomorrow at 2:00
  5. Hendersonville actually played Ensworth, not Lavergne, today and defeated them in a 6-0 rout continuing their 3 game shut out streak. They play Lavergne Saturday 4:00 @ Gallatin
  6. Hendersonville - 7 Portland - 0 Game was completely controlled by Hendersonville, Ryan Odum and Bryce Childers both posted up hat tricks. Next game is LaVergne Friday 5:00 p.m @ Gallatin.
  7. I would love to see some more scores around the district, keep em posted!
  8. Hendersonville - 4 Clarksville - 0 Station Camp - 1 Centennial - 3
  9. It's all speculation at this point anyways, all will be known when the season is underway.
  10. Well Farragut comes in at 50.. and I don't think any of those teams would be over Farragut.
  11. http://rise.espn.go.com/boys-soccer/team-rankings/spring-2011-rankings/Spring-2011.aspx?pursuit=BoysSoccer 12 - Hendersonville 27 - Bearden 46 - Christian Brothers 48 - Brentwood 50 - Farragut
  12. The season is about to begin, and this district promises to bring excitement this year. A new team finally took the district title from the Hendersonville Commandos last year (who've won 12 of the past 14). Station Camp are the current holders, and the district as a whole is looking more competitive. Hendersonville will be looking to reclaim the district title after winning state, while the Bison will be looking to defend the trophy for another season.. Teams like Beech or Mt. Juliet could come in as a dark horse with some of their talent and cause a few upsets. What are your predictions?
  13. Hendersonville is reloaded and ready to get back to the finals.
  14. I would love to see where you got this information from.
  15. well all i know is that it's going to be a great football atmosphere in Cookeville on Friday! I'm fired up for the Commandos, bring that gold ball to Hendersonville!
  16. Players, fans, and even parents trash talked the living crap out of Hendersonville on Facebook. They were all, for the most part, expecting Henry County to run over the Commandos. I could go on Facebook and tell you the things that were said, but there's honestly no point. Henry County was favored to win the game 94% here on CoachT also.. So yes, Hendersonville was the underdog, yet Hendersonville was the better team.
  17. I think the winner of this game will be the 5A State Champion. I do believe that this will be a close game though.. Don't underestimate Hendersonville.. Beech did it and Henry County did it, and the Commandos beat both of them. They thrive on playing as the underdog. Hendersonville - 27 Ridgeway - 24
  18. Game will be played at Halle Stadium in Memphis. Hendersonville is coming into their first Semi Finals appearance since 2001. Ridgeway is undefeated this year, laying a beating on most of their opponents. I hear Hendersonville is bringing fan buses yet again for this game, so it should be a great atmosphere in Memphis on Friday! Lets start the predictions!
  19. this is a message board? oh my god, i had no idea. It's just annoying when we're trying to get the NE game talked up, yet this games post is still being talked on.. if you loverboys really want to talk so much, then call each other or something. its off-season for most of you anyways, so I'm sure you guys can find the time.
  20. ok wow. Red Warrior and Coach Chris.. please stop blowing up this post. this game is long over, and NOBODY CARES WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. so on behalf of everyone on these boards.. STFU.
  21. I can't wait to see "COMMANDOS" in the end zone and the black circle around the H at midfield.
  22. everything stated in that post is true.. just ask any student or administrator from HHS. What I saw from Henry County county fans was total classlessness.. I know all of you aren't like that, but there's a good amount of yall that are.
  23. It's not stupid.. it's the cold hard truth. Worst bleachers I've encountered all season.
  24. Quarterfinals in quadrant 3. Common opponents include: Beech(NE victory 28-14)(HHS victory 16-15) Henry County(NE loss 24-14)(HHS victory 24-10) NE defeated Hendersonville last year in round one of the playoffs, 27-24 in triple overtime. Both are fundamentally sound teams. HHS has great senior leadership, a stout line on both sides of the ball, and players with a lot of heart. Plus they have quite possibly the loudest student section that I have ever heard, creating difficult offensive possessions for the opposing team. NE has top notch speed on their side. Other than that, I dont really know much about them. Should be a dog fight at Memorial Stadium. I gotta pull for my Commandos in this one!
