Moving to Chattanooga, can some one provide info on the HS softball programs in that area?

maybe that is part of the reason the really good schools are good, they develop players instead of use the JV for 11 or 12 extra fundraisers. Our JV plays less than 1/2 of what varsity does and do not practice if varsity is gone. Makes a good case for TB instead of HS ball, at least they would get playing time. Our team seemed to be picked before hand also.

Just wondering if all schools JV teams are pretty much ignored. Any schools take their JV as a serious deveolpmental tool?
