Pitchfork and BDP, I used to like following the WH threads, and enjoyed reading what you guys had to say, but the absolute nonsense you two have started with on this thread have made me think that you two are the biggest idiots from WH, time to stop drinking the kool-aid. I am not an East TN guy nor do I care what happens in 4A. I just get tired of people whining and crying cause their team isn't ranked number 1.

How about you quit your whining and realize that polls mean NOTHING in high school. If your team really is the best 4A has to offer(which I highly doubt), let them show it the first week of December instead of starting a thread to complain like a little girl about how some newspaper writers didn't give your team the credit you think they deserve.

I have said it before and I will say it again Gordonsville is an extremely good 1A team that not many teams will want to face when it comes playoff time.

I stand corrected. This link clearly shows the first criteria after finishing 1 or 2 in your district is overall wins, as you pointed out. I forgot that the all knowing TSSAA took out any credit for how you finish in your district and instead give an incentive for schools to schedule the easiest schedule they can. It doesn't make sense to me but that's what we've got to work with.

What's everyone's thoughts of SC up to this point and what do you expect the remainder of the season? What needs to be worked on and what do we need to continue to do?

I base this seeing TC play Macon and SC play Macon. Equal opponents. SC does have simular sppeds in backs, but not in the backers or line. Livingstone has one really fast running back but not multiple speedster like Smith or TC. Number 12 TC and 8 smith about equal. Harper and Maning are diffrent backs but simular production. Number 4 for TC at fullback for TC is a beast and very fast for his size. Dline and backers speen goes to TC.

If I am not mistaken SC's starting 3 D'linemen(Slack, Allen, Holliman) all run sub 5.0 40's. For this level of football that speed on a d line is nothing to frown at. Got the 40 times for TCs D'linemen?

I can answer that question for ya pattypeepers. We have no out of county players.

This is the year that Upperman knocks off SC. Upperman has a very good passing game and SC's secondary is not very good. I look for the Bees to take advantage and win 28-24.

No we got Smith County this week and we will win this year. It doesn't matter who the teams are that we beat. We were supposed to beat them. The Bees have a very good passing attack. This is not the same Upperman team that you played last year. A lot of the players that was playing on this year's team didn't even play last year. I do think it will be a shootout, I just don't see the Owls D slowing down the Upperman O.

An Upperman fan finally has served a purpose. Julio you have made me laugh so hard I have nearly peed my pants. I would think not having players from last years team would hurt you, but that is coming from someone who actually knows a bit about football. The scary Upperman "passing attack" will be nonexistent and the Owls roll by as many as they want.

If Smith County has a good defense and an offense that can score points they can win but Macon County is tough to slow when opponents defense is not ready.

What kind of statement is this? Any offense is tough to slow when the defense isn't ready.
