i don't really see alcoa settling down all that much....we are starting to get deep into the off season and they don't even have a coach....rumor is they don't even have a teaching position available....i am sure they are getting tons of applications...the talent level is consistently high at alcoa...it just seems that they are not doing much to help the rest of the puzzle...they should have never let meadows leave...although he might could have used more discipline...he was the best guy in that position in many years...this last guy that was in and out in one year...coulodn't let his pride and "living in the past" keep him out of a position that had passed him by...he is also part of the reason meadows left...what a shame
