  1. Congrats to Milan & Peabody neither team quit it was like a heavyweight fight. As for rude, unruly fans there where Milan fans on our sideline taunting all night , but the Peabody fan who shouted at Gilbert to get over it crossed the line. Both teams played their heart out and it was a classic. You have jerks on both sides of the field no matter who is playing. Kent Scott should be commended on the job he has done ,good luck Tide!
  2. I always go to the vistors side ,I am sure their were fans from other towns on HUmboldt's side to. Both teams left it all on the field and added another classic to this rivarly. Good luck to the Bulldogs next week I will pull for you but I will be on the Vistors sideline.
  3. MIlan,Peabody&WEstview all return alot of players, Humboldt loses their backfield and returns most of their O&D lines. JCS joins the party (ask your buddies at USJ how much fun they have had) Dresden,GC will struggle . My choice in November Peabody we will check this in a year! Good luck Lydale WElls .Adrian Donald Josh Holt and the other seniors we all have enjoyed watching you the last few years.
  4. It looks like GP is too good for Milan ,but I suspect the Bulldogs will show up anyway and give it a shot.
  5. congats Milan looks like you got more than you expected .The Vikings are hurting now but you played well and didn't quit ! I hope Humboldt builds on this and returns to former glory. Good luck to Milan next week .
  6. Kelcey Williams-HUmboldt , best I ever saw period.
  7. I said earlier Milan wins ,I hope the Bulldogs coaches and team are not looking at the matchup with Goodpasture as some of the Milan posters seem to be. HUmboldt is talented their problem seems to be mental when they play Milan. The veteran coaching staff of Milan is a big advantage, no slam on HUmboldt's coaches they have done a great job this year but Milan seems to always be deep in the playoffs and that is why I think Milan will win and win big. I think it is great that the Vikingsvs Bulldogs game is this important and is expected to draw a huge crowd. I will pull for the Vikings but MIlan has been the best team in the region all year and that will be evident Friday night. The outcome will mirror the regular season contest as Humboldt's big play trio is held in check and Milan scores often on a Viking defense that could not stop MIlan earlier. Also a big well done to Kent Scott and Peabody those guys are tough!
  8. If Humboldt plays with the emotion that Peabody played with vs Milan, it will be good game . MIlan should win they are in Humboldt's head and have the team to shutdown the big plays. If Milan gets an early lead the Vikings could get blownout.
  9. Humboldt should win but Westview is well coached and wins if Humboldt's coaches don't have the Vikings prepared. If HUmboldt has a good game plan makes the adjustments during the game HUmboldt wins. The Vikings will have to throw the ball and play pass defense the will stop the run but struggle with the pass. Vikings 21 Chargers 14
  10. Nice post I think Milan will win and if Peabody turns the ball over early it may not be close. Peabody has the team to pull the upset ,I just think Milan's coaches will have the Bulldogs ready. One thing I know for sure the Peabody kids and Milans for that matter will play their hearts out.
  11. Josh Holt not sure of exact height and weight. My guess is 6ft 200 lbs.
  12. Adrian Donald no doubt, if Chris Donald was 100% maybe not but after watching the Vikings/Mustangs last night, Ad is my pick.
  13. MIlan wins and Humboldt wins .I know that is not the popular choice but what the heck.
  14. Under don't think Humboldt can block Westview . Humboldt will have to defend the pass and throw better to win.
  15. Milan wins they won't overlook Peabody. I thought this could be a close game but after seeing all that beef Milan call lineman at USJ HUmboldt I see what the Milan fans are talking about. Also those kids were behaving themselves when I saw them.
