I am back. For now. After playing against RHS and BHS, i can tell you that the RHS defense is sooooo much better than the BHS defense. The Warriors have the talent and speed to shut down BHS's offense. I dont think that rico will be a factor. Maybe 75 yards. But overall, RHS's offense is too much for the blaze D, and the D is too strong and fast for the BHS offense. Defense wins championships. RHS-35 BHS-0

i'm just gonna tell ya right now Patriot 97. You have to be one of the stupidest people i have heard on this board since the smyrna freshman. If i woudl have met u and t here was a wood shed, i'd take u out behind it and knock some sense into you. The fact that u are an idiot is exemplified when u said that we didnt shut down oglesby b/c the score was 20-0. You do realize then, that there are 10 other people on the team. But then again, i forgot, you only watch the people who are good. and i assure u, u didnt see me get put on my butt w hen ebal scambled. infact, if u watched anythig, u would ha ve seen me put several riverdale players on their butts, INCLUDING OGLESBY. so before you get on here talking that ying yang, learn you some football.

Patriot97....oglesby isnt deserving of it. I believe the only reason he got the nomination was because of the 3 weeks before he had a huge number of sacks. Last night, we shut him down. He never "decked" ebal. He may have tackled him on a scramble, but ebal only was decked like 2 times that i can think of, and one was on a run down to the rhs 3. you obviously are a fair weather fan. Once we win you praise us, but when we lose u point out our flaws, as if you could have done better. Region4fan is correct in everything he said. It is easy to sit back and say "hey, wait till next season" but u dont understand what we seniors did there, what the coaches did this year, and all the other players did. Its not as easy as "Hey wait till next year". I understand that the season is over, but you dont just say hey we lost, there is always next year. For us seniors there is no next year, this was our las game of the year. To sit back and say hey wait till next year is like saying we played this season for nothing. You obviously are one of those idiot fans who only cares about winning.

hey regionfan, dont worry. It is said that Mr. Nolan(KEN) asked coach euverard if he got the job would he go with him. Coach U just kind of laughed at the question, because at the time, he didnt know Mr. Nolan would get the job. I am fairly confident that the coaches wont be going anywhere

As most of you know if you have read any of my posts, I am a player for oakland high school. Or ,as it pains me to say, i was a player. Since my team is no longer in it, and i am a Senior, i feel that this is my time to exit the exciting world that is known as CoachT. I would like to thank all the fans that supported oakland through this year, but most of all, i would like to thank REGION4FAN. You are a true fan, and i thank you for being their for us through think and thin. No, no, this is not to say you have seen the end of me.But as oakland is no longer in it, i dont have much to say. you will see an occasional post, usually if it is about oakland ,but not alot. The New High School is actually less than 3 miles up the road from Oakland. From looking at the buildng, i suspect it will be a big school. The number of students will probably be equal to that of RHS, Bhs, and OHS, if not more.

U have been cheering us on when we were winning, and when we went through our little slump. Its good to know that we have great, true fans out there supporting us. I wish all of our fans were like u. No, nelio, your wrong. If you play a team, then you need to respect them. If they dont respect you, then that means they think they are high and mighty and bette than you. Thats when you get beat. Thats what i think it was with Riverdale and Lincoln County the first meeting. If you dont respect your opponent, then you dont need to step out on the field. Every team deserves respect. Even if it is a 0-10 team, they deserve the respect. just b/c some1 doesnt win, it doesnt mean you can not respect them. if for nothing else, respect them b/c they have been out there working their tails off every day, every week, during the summer when their friends are at the pool, they are in the weight room trying to get better. You should respect all of your opponents. it is a part of the game. It really makes me angry when some1 says they dont respect their opponent, ESPICALLY IN THE 2ND ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS!!!! Sorry, had to get that out Also, just wanted to say that i am sure most of BHS's team, if not all, respect you. alot of the ppl that talk on these boards are fans, just like yoou. it shouldnt matter if a fan respects you, they dont know what they are talking about. Real fans know to respect everybody, just look at my mn SLIM, he is a real fan.He gets on here and doesnt talk all that yak yaw. He gets on here every week and says how well BHS needs to prepare and how they know now to underestimate their opponents. Slim is a true fan. He is a great example of how fans everywhere should be. who is the respected they have to beat before u give them respect? Thats crap. They should have respect anyway. They are a number 2 seed inthe playoffs, and if your not good, u dont get there. That should earn some respect. I agree with slim and thunder though, you need to earn respect. I think blackman, along with every other region 4 5a team left in the playoffs has. Oakland, blackman, and riverdale demolished the teams they faced. So, if them doing everything i just said isnt enuff to get u to respect them, then there is sumthin wrong with that. They are a good team, and should be respected. If not, then believe me, they will get it friday.

hey, thanks for the post. I know about number 5. I hav read all the s tuff he has done the past couple of games. i know he had like 4 sacks against yall and smyrna. and he had like 4 against us the first round. He is a good athlete and player. oakland has to block the down linemen first and then their backers if they want to succeed. they are up to it though. i hope they pull it out. and i am glad to hear yall will be making the journey to watch the game. i want u to know that i have great respect for LCHS and yalls team. yall had a good season, even if ur record dont indicate it. yall are a good team and should be good next year. last thing i will say, YALLS QB IS GREAT!!!

no they didnt try an onsides. They never had a chance. THeir only score came in the 2nd quarter off a secondary messup. after that, they were playing catch up. They were out physicaled, out played, out coached, out every thing. Oakland dominated every phase of the game

Yes, you are right. I was your QB for 2 years. Glad you remember me. Your right though. The 1st meeting, we lost it up front. This time we have to dominate up front and let our defense rest. If we can put scoring drives together and hold the ball for 35 minutes of the game like we did against cumberland, then i think we should come out on top. Just want you to know that it feels good havin confidence in you. Thanks. Knowing people have confidence in you builds confidence. I think thats gonna be a big thing in this game. i hope your right. Yes.You are right. We didnt do anything the first game. If oakland comes out and plays this friday like they did last friday, then its gonna be a really good game. i think that if oakland can move he ball on them this time then the also have the defense to stop riverdale. If oaktown plays like they did against cumberland, then i say they win by 10-14. If not, then boy howdy, it'll be a long game.

the answer is no. I have played against Tullahoma and Hillsboro, and there is no way they will get past them. even if they do, and make it to the championship, there is no way they can beat maryville. i hate to say it, but its true. Tullahoma has had a great year, but, sorry to say it e nds friday

I just want to ask you how u think that region 3 is better than region 4? As i remember, you were the only team from your region to win last friday. every other team got shut down. CCHS got lucky with their score against oakland b/c of a miscommunication in the secondary. riverdale spanked LC, and blackman kiled FC. Lets face it, you had some teams in region 3 beat teams in region 4 in the regular season. BUt guess what, its the playoffs, and its a new season. To say that region 3 has better players and better teams is laughable. in fact, hahaha, there got it out. any way, i am looking for blackman to win. And win big i might add. and no, i am not a stupid freshman that goes to BHS, i dont even go to bhs. BHS-47 CHS-17
