The course was fairly hard it had a couple of hills in it and at one point you were on the side of a hill winding across it so you got in about 3 or 4 hills then. Not an ideal course for a Pr. Although we did manage to have several PR again.

Sorry I do not mean to be like Adam and correct everyone when they are wrong but we had 4 PRs on Thursday at river park and 3 Saturday at Jesse Owens. Almost 4 Sat.

Bradley placed 6th out of 32 teams and CCS was 7th in the Silver race. Houston won the Gold race being the fastest team of the day barely edging out Scottsboro. Here are Bradley's times: JErome Robison placed 15th in the Silver race which had 364 runners in it with a time of 17:23 (5k) Caleb Morgan ran 17:43 placing 28th, Matt Baltimore ran 17:53 placing 37th. Not sure on what the rest of the teams times were but Adam will be sure to tell you what they were.

We have had only one senior most of the season til this past week. We have another senior who had been injured just now coming back. But, he even has a freshman giving him a run for his money.

3 mile repeats at 5:10 3 minutes rest. Works for me

WALKER VALLEY WON IN OT TONITE AT GRUNDY. THIS PUTS THEM IN SOUL POSSESION OF 1ST PLACE IN THEIR REGION. WALKER SCORED FIRST IN OT AND MADE THE EXTRA POINT. THEN GRUNDY SCORED ON THE FOLLOWING POSSESION, BUT GRUNDYS COACH CALLED A TIMEOUT TO DISCUSS A 2 POINT CONVERSION. GRUNDY TRIED BUT FAILED GIVING WALKER VALLEY THEIR SECOND WIN OF THE SEASON. It is still the beginning of the season and you can doubt us if you want, but it is Still a little over a month before it will count.

We didn't start the smack talking. Michael did! We couldn't just sit there and take it, we had to say something! That was BEFORE the race- then after the race it boosted our confidence even more. We are a little ahead of were we thought we would be right now. I still think we will win it though(I have to) it will be close though.

Why do you say that? They(CHS) have only two strong runners. After that it is all Bradley, which is right on their tail of their top two.

Yeah wouldn't pay much attention to those Chattanooga rankings looks like they only rank certain people what did Buckley run last year at state 16:08 and what did Zach run 16:21 not trying to take anything away from Zach they could be going by what they did in track but I know Zack didn't get close to Buckley's 9:47 2 mile. Anyways I think it will be tight between Oliver and Buckley.

My only super strategy is to run a heck of alot better in our first real race Thursay. Ask how we do.

Cherokee Chief Why are you disappointed? It is your choice to NOT run them isn't it? Or is this the Mcminn SUPER STRATEGY? I understand why you don't run them in certain races, but I DON"T understand why you act disappointed about it when it is your choice to do so.
