All Coach Flatford needs to do is make sure that the players know when the bus leaves and everyone is there.

Knowing the Rockwood team I would say their focus is on Wartburg. I seriously doubt they are even thinking about Cosby at this point or least I would hope not.

Just curious. What's Oneida's extra motivation tonight other than advancing to the next round? Apparently serious since we have prayers to Coach Windle.

Agree with Kinght2. Coalfield looks to have some good players, but they lost their composure Friday night. Embarassment to what looked like a great tournament.

Cosby will win. But they better protect theirselves. If you saw Coalfield-Oneida game, Coalfield plays rough and are undiscplined( Four technicals and one intentional foul).

Agree with Goosevol on all his points. Tigers look to be picking up momentum. If they ever get all players on the same page offensively, they would be a factor in tournament. Very solid defensively. Cosby is the class of the region with all others fighting for second.

Wartburg has win over O.S. @ O.S. Wartburg battling illness right now from what I hear. Harriman has talent, but not playing to ability.

Nope, not from Midway. Watch a lot of Roane Co. basketball and do not feel Rockwood has a chance Friday night. Nor do I feel that they are a very good team. All of Roane County is down. Midway gets the most out of their talent level. Rockwood gets the least.

Rockwood will get beat worse than they did in Dec. Far from being well coached. Any other person would be undefeated with that talent. Cosby by 40 at home.

Kennesaw girls were at Florida tournament. Know Coach Bonner. Was not Kennesaw JV.

Have seen both play. Cosby has better shooters on the perimeter. Wartburg the better slashers. from the perimeter. Blakely may be the best inside player in the region. Don't believe Wartburg's press would bother Cosby. Would be a good game though. Cosby a little better at this point in the season.

Insider tells me that Rockwood has not practiced well this week. The Tigers will struggle tonight.

Cosby has an excellent team. Good strong post in Blakely & excellent wings in Manning, Jenkins. Roan can shhot the three. Very good offensive team. Obviously a good defensive team since they are undefeated.

Harriman will not be blown out too many times this year. Well coached & best athletes in the region. When they get in basketball shape they will be in good shape in the region. Will only get better as the season goes along. Don't read too much into the score as both played well. Was like a district or region tournament game as far as crowd and intensity.

Coach Plemons is a good young coach. As with any coach, he'll get better each year at figuring out what works and what doesn't. You have to be at practice each day to know what is going on and to truly judge him. Don't judge the program by what scholarships players get. Some of player development is up to the individual player. And again, we don't know how much work they put in on their own. All the outsider can judge on is the won-loss record. But there is more to a total program than that. Are the girls playing hard? Staying out of trouble? Making the grades? People want instant winners, but there is more to the high school program than that.

Harriman has better athletes and played better competition. Harriman in a close one.

Need to worry about selves first. Harriman & Cosby are the least of their worries right now. Won't hang with either team if they play the way they did last night.

Saw them tonight against Coalfield. Didn't look good. Not enough balls for all of them.

Two evenly matched teams. Cosby has better perimeter play & advantage with Blakely over Melton iside. But two good teams.

Won't be good if they don't learn to play together.
