Apparently I need to claify. After reading most of this entire thread I thought it might be of interst to know how many of LAST years STARTERS came up through the ranks (feeder system, etc) of SM middle school. Or were they mostly transfers from other schools? From what I have seen it does appear that the majority of the senior starters did not attend SMHS as Juniors. Does anyone have a number?

Was curious how many of your starters from last year were from SM middle school?

The Lions have alot of work to do. Team unity would be good for starters. What about lifting? Do any ot the Lions lift?They could be better, but they need to stop talking about it and do something about it! We shall see?

Abrelle Jackson will be one of the best in the State. He will be a 3 year starter and has a great nose for the ball. He loves contact and he can get there in a hurry. He is also a great team player.
