I know that yall aren't going to take this back to middle school are you. Summertown ppl just don't get it. You play a year at single a and you play a year at aaa and i promise that the ppl that went to the single a school are going to be way behind the ppl at the aaa school. Some aaa teams play JV schedules that have better competetion then a Varsity single a schedule. Oh yeah yall are going to witness some aaa teams at your play day and they are down also down this year. You are going to see the competetion level of aaa teams. When Hampshire, Sante Fe, and Perry Co. are off your schedule and Columbia is then you come talking, but until then please keep it Quiet on here. It is giving me a headache to think that yall can even compete with AAA.

I know alot of ppl on both these teams and i know them talent wise. Lawrence County would put Summertown to shame. 1. They have better talent. 2. They have better coaching. 3. They don't give up when they are down like i have seen summertown do plenty of times. Now that we got that out of the way, If anyone from summertown ever finds anything that can over come these 3 things then yall might just finally have a shot at Beating Lawrence County. But until then yall might want to stay up there in your 300 capacity gym and shut your mouths before you actually have to play us one season. Good Day

I know that probably everyone that reads these post probably think that I am out of my mind but I just don't believe that Columbia has it this year. You talk that everyone is down this year but I also believe that Columbia is also. They lost main man last year Trevor Duke. Williams isn't going to be able to do eveything this year. Sparkman is just in there to bang. His ability is very limited in my opinion. I believe that the other boy is Brown. He is pretty good but can be contained easily. The other classes just aren't the Columbia that they are used to. But this is just my opinion. Only time will tell.

Gomab Do you have any predictions on 8aaa. Every one is expecting Columbia on top but what do you think of Lawrence County and Shelbyville

I do not play for the Sabres are the Yard Dogs are any of these teams that yall are mentioning. I would love to play for the Sabres and i would love for a tryout but i know that I do not have the time to go play with Playing Highschool Basketball and Baseball. The Sabres are one of the best teams that I have ever seen play. I have played lots of ball In and Out of state. But that is when i am ask by a team that i might have played the week earlier. I get around the best I can but HighSchool ball is my first priority. If I had to name the #1 team in Tn. though it would easily go to the Sabres. Also another team to watch is the Athletics out of Dickson I believe those boys can play some ball.

Trenton your boys are good but I just don't believe they got what it takes. Williams isn't going to lead them through the district this year. You better watch these other teams. District 8aaa is getting more equal every year. Espically LawrenceCounty and Shelbyville

Hey GCHSbobcat. What ever happened tothe reporter needing the info on the subject of the better players. Also I do not believe that there is a Sophomore in Giles County that even comes close to the level of Stephen Shultz. Don't get me wrong yall do have some talent but not like that. Also Springer is going to have trouble on a postion at LCHS unless he tries out for the outfield. There infield is solid. This is my prediction. Chris Scott 3rd, Stephen Shultz SS, Chris Hartsfield 2nd, Eric Johnson 1st, Boone Yokley C, Nathan Willis P, if Shultz is on the mound you move Scott to SS and Willis to 3rd. They are going to be solid on the infield. Also I have much respect for Charlie and I hope that you have a great season with us. Good luck to you

Hey Mr. SoddyDaisey. Whatis your problem. I mean you must be a lineman are something. Cause you sure seem jealious. Why don't you just hush and let them talk. There is no need for you to interrupt everytime that they say someone is fast. They could have hit these speeds. That is not saying that they do it everytime. I mean you aren't at every practice of every team and i doubt that you are all the great camps either. So to tell you the truth I don't think any one wants your opinion

I have heard this team has all the talent in the state and i was curious of who these guys really are.

What is basketball to the fan. What do the people come to see. Do you come to see that one player making the highlight plays. Do you come to watch a whole team. Are do you come to watch the game because you just love it that much. I like star players but I watch the game to watch the guy that doesn't have that best jumper, but to play he knows that he must do something else on the other end. Where the game begins and ends. I love to watch a guy play hardnose defense and score about 4 pts. a game. Sure he might have a breakout game and score 15, but rarely. Well this is what I think basketball is all about and I would love to hear from you other ppl.
