if you dont like creatine then you better stop eating steaks because that is one of the major components in steaks. Creatine is a good supplement if you use it correct like drinking plenty of water daily and working out while taking it. if you get cramps from taking creatine it is your own fault fro not drinking enough water that is all i have to say about this crazy subject

Why do All you guys have to name all the recent guys you know!! Why dont you give some of the old timers some credit. I mean these guys are the ones who more or less created football like Curt Watson (from cumberland county) who went to Tennessee Volunteers after high school and later went to the blue angels and was one of the best there. These are the kind of guys who needs credit for their accomplishments.

Riverdale and Oakland got beat by Lincoln County which is in region 3. But Lincoln County has already lost 2 games in region 3. So that makes me believe that either Lincon County just gets up for the big games or that region 3 might be a little tougher this year. I think that region 3 might be a little tougher this year.

Region 4-5a has recently been the toughest region in the state. Is it still that way?

I am not backing down from what I said earlier. If you weren't beating the 2-A and 3-A teams on your schedule, I'd be disappointed in you. You still have to beat LC to prove you are better. If you do, then so be it, if you don't, then what I said was true. I have looked at your schedule between now and week 10, and if the Jets are not 9 and 0 when they host Lincoln County on November 1, I will be disappointed as well. Franklin County came out tonight and wanted the game more than the Falcons and they took it. My hats off to coach Mantooth and his team, they deserved it. I'm not worried about Cumberland County at this point, there are 4 games between now and then. I do understand that cumberland county may not have the best schedule in the state but look at these stats: Preseason Soddy Daisy: 28-21 W Rhea County: 28-7 W Walker Valley: 35-14 W Bradley: 14-0 W East Ridge: 28-14 W And now Cumberland County is 4-0. Those are some pretty good teams that always compete for state titles in their divisions.
