I think the night chickens win a close game. The night chickens size will wear down the red chickens. The night chickens have a better kicking game. That will be the differents, a field goal or missed xtra point.

I would dare say that if they didn't have Dallas at RB they wouldn't have a win right right now considering their only wins were all close games. He is carrying that team right now.
Dallas was born and raise in Macon Co. Ain't like he just moved in.

102.1 would rather play music than give the announcers time to give the stats. Kirby comes in the game in the 2nd half and gave the Tigers a shot in the arm. He had to complete 10 passes? I don't know. But that really took the heat off of Dallas. Young and Hudson ran the ball well also. This is what the TIGERS needed, a total team effort. Several TIGERS made some big plays tonite.

Station Camp is having an indescribable season. They are a pretty good team with a lousy record. Maybe it builds character.
I know this ain't going to make you feel any better coach, but the TIGERS have a decent team.

One thing that I bet my fellow SC fans is that little saying at the bottom of every post, "The Plucking Is Coming," would be gone before your next post after the game, and of course I was right. The jacket that you told everyone for SC to bring to the game wasn't need either. I BET I heard night chickens 100 times before and not once after. Eat crow with the best of them.
The jacket wasn't needed, but you did bring one,right? If you will notice in my post since the game, I've called ya'll the Owls and not the night chickens. This was out of respect. Since its been 24 hours we can throw all that out the window.

Great game!!! Hats off to the Owls. They played a good game. Tigers come up short with 3.6 left in the game. I know it going to be hard but the Tigers must keep their heads up. This game means nothing as far as making the playoffs, so the TIGERS still have a good chance of making the playoffs. I was impressed with #44 for the Owls. He's a headhunter on D and I would have passed the ball more to him on O. Once again, congratulations Owls on a big victory. Chins up Tigers!!!

I believe I was the second one to get on coacht and sent out my congrads to the Owls. Ain't braggin, but I ain't no sore loser and I ain't gonna get on here and come up with a bunches of excuses why the TIGERS lost. Great game Owls!

Sleep I'll try to find you. If I can at the game. Now about the game. I will give it to Dallas again, he is good, ok really good. There is no doubt about that. Someone don't become 2nd or 3rd in the state for rushing yards and not be good. But he don't have the BLAZING speed everyone is talking about. He runs a 4.6 forty. Yeah I know that is fast. But SC has people that fast. So as for him running all over SC, he might, but I doubt he outruns them. Now as for Hudson, yes I know he is great. He's ranked 1st or 2nd in the midstate for most tackles. That qualifies him as a great football player. It's obvious he has a nose for the football. But he can't make every tackle all night. All SC county has to do is take him out of the plays. It can be done, I've seen it. I think SC coaches will do a good job of it Friday night. SC's D line has to keep MC's O line from driving them off the ball, and allow the Linebackers to make plays, and almost limit Dallas as to what he can do. With all that said, SC 35 MC 21

I don't know if Trousdale county would win the 3A title, but they would be in the hunt. One of the top 3 coaches in the state. In my opinion the reason they are so successful is Satterfield takes average players and makes them great team players. Master motivator.

ok...one year...beat us twice. who cares...thats the only year ya'll beat us outta 4. thats why its a fluke. no trends no nothin. ya'll did have a good team. i dont remember any SC fans gettin on here sayin it was luck afterwards. ya'll beat us..but thats the past. friday night u will not. ya'll keep sayin dallas dallas like he is this state MVP. he is good but obvioiusly ur lackin somethin or u wouldnt have the record u do now. ur a one dimensional football team. we usually do very well against teams like that. so bring on this unstoppable runnin game u guys got...i cant wait to see it.
sleepy, you must have not been old enough to read 2 years ago. night chicken fans got on here and just ripped the TIGERS after the 1st victory over the night chickens. Very few were say good game TIGERS, most were saying it was a fluke, and some hide and pouted. The talk on here about Dallas ain't nothing like we had to listen to about willmore.

The Owls are still searching for themselves a little bit and I am looking for them to give their best effort of the season so far. I've heard that Macon is once again one dimensional, which hurts their chances to win big football games. I think it hurts them in this one as well. The coaches at SC will have the Owls ready this week.
You tell the truth, imallout. The TIGERSare going to RUN the football right down the beaks of the night chickens. The only thing that is going to hurt in this game is when the TIGERS rip the feathers off the night chickens. Ya'll bring your jackets.

I think the tiger players are eager to talk to their old coaches................ since none of them said anything to the TEAM about or since they made the decision to leave. That might have some effect on the grit and determination of the tigers.
Laugh about the stats if you want to. Fact Dallas had 194 against a pretty good Pearl Cohn D. Fact Hudson broke a school record with 24 tackles against the Pearl Cohn O. Wouldn't be out of possibility???

I'll not speak about Coach Dyer. The stats you give are true, I just don't like to talk about individuals on coacht. Football is a team sport. Some folks think the only to players on the team are #29 and #41. The O-line and D-line must do their jobs for these guys to shine. Don't get me wrong, Macon county should be proud to have players like them, but they ain't do it on their own. No doubt THE MIGHTY MACON COUNTY TIGERS will be fired up for this game.

No way this thread makes 20 pages. The night chickens know their going to get plucked this friday night and there keeping their beaks shut. Better bring your jackets to the game, going to be a little chilly after ya'll get pluck this friday night. Where's big bird, imallout, loud mouth, ba'twan ( you know, the thing the band girls twirl.) sleepy32, queen wasp, and I forget the name of the bird, back in 03, that thought his brother was the greatest WR since Randy Moss. Shoot, I bet half of ya won't even come to the game. Does it make a scab when you get a handful of feathers ripped out?

Rocky Top I hear ya singing! When or if the run game gets shut down, and you aren't that confident in your vertical passing game, you gotta find something!!! That only leaves misdirection??? I wonder if we could line up with a split end and wing to one side, toss sweep to Dallas, and have him throw the ball to a reciever downfield?????

I like the misdirection, gets the ball in other players hands, like #41. But don't look for him to be carrying the ball againist the chickens. Big doses of #29 and #10 will do it for the Tigers. Don't forget Tiger Fans about our O-line . They are making some bigB76 holes for the running backs.

How do you get SC is overrated? Are we rated at all this year? At least you are consistent...classless...useless posts are your specialty.
As for the game...it should be a good one. Neither team has been very consistent this year. This is the little Tigger superbowl. The thing is...that even if you do win...it's not going to help you get into the playoffs...nor hurt our chances. You are 0-2 in your region. It looks like you are going to have to buy some more jerseys.
As for at least 7 win seasons...how many have you had over the last 20 years...one?
As for 20 pages of useless posts...I don't think I'll contribute after this one. There's not too much to talk about with how both teams have played so far.
I know the night chickens ain't playing well now, but I think the TIGERS are playing good football. They are alot better team than their record shows. The only game this year that I felt the Tigers didn't play good againist was Trousdale County. Sure, they have made their mistakes, but they improving every week. You have got to give credit to Coach Cook for not letting these boys quit after such a bad start. Looks to me like the the Tigers are hitting their stride. Bad timing for the night chickens.
