    I just wanted to give a big Congratulations to the Lady Mustangs on making it to the State Tournament for the first time in school history!!!(i'm pretty sure this is the first time. If not, please correct me). Everyone played great team ball and that wins games :thumb:

     

    By the way it was nice to see TheGreatLineJudge reffing our game, although I had no idea who he was at the time, but from my vantage point I did get an action shot when I took a picture and he was in the way lol

    Yea, that was their ace in relief. Loretto showed up tonight as though they didn't care. The defense was not there, for the most part- the hitting wasn't there. It takes effort, and defense to win ball games. I saw that against Giles and Sycamore, but I didn't see it tonight. I am by no means saying it's easy to go out there and play the game of baseball, because it is a hard game to play. I want to issue a challenge to every player for the next game to play with the intensity and the determination I'm used to seeing from Loretto Baseball. Is it going to be easy? No. However, you can do anything you set your mind to. Will you answer the challenge?

    Yea, look who's got the last laugh! Let me say great job by Sycamore on sportsmanship. Yall were the best team we've played all year sportsmanship wise. Mark Lamm settled down and finally doing what he does best: striking people out. On the other end, Knight was doing just the same. Either team deserved to win this one, but Loretto wanted it more, and they got it. WE'RE ALL IN!!!

    Before anyone can get on here from Sycamore, let me say this was a GREAT pitcher's duel!!!!!!! Both pitchers dominated this game, with Loretto having that "timely hitting". You guys from Sycamore got on here and talked alot of trash. Well, you're wrong my friends!!! Dont mess with the Mustangs from Loretto!!!!!

    haha sorry pageman but i didnt want to just throw some info out there for loretto to have. i like secrets. but now that the cats out of the bag ill thank shut up and play for spilling the beans. since his team is done he had to come on here and give out important info. so thank you. anyways pageman tell me about lamm. and petty too because id like to know what harpeth is having to face as well.

    Dang Loretto scored 8, 10, and 7. Well last four games Sycamore scored 13, 12, 10, and 9. I think the bats are a little bit better than Loretto's. And I hope Lamm pitches mid 80's like yall say he does because the harder u throw it the farther it will go. And please throw that heat to bull and doub cuz they love it!!! Just ask Harpeth and Creekwood.

    The competition for the Mustangs has been a little bit better, however. As far as the fastball goes...good luck hitting it or his strikeout pitch. Don't get on here trying to intimidate, because if you do, Loretto fans and players will have the last laugh at the game with that music that gets in your head so bad, you fling bats against the dugout when you sit down after you get struck out. Should be a great game, let's ENJOY IT!!!
