i think that saunas are illegal period because of the dehydration factor, a sauna causes u to dehydrate at a high rate of speed. skipping a meal or too is alright but the way to do it is to take it slowly and start earlier in the season on losing weight.

Yeah they have some great great talent on the team, i think within the next few years they will have a top notch team, especially under the direction of the 2 coaches.

I disagree, Parker Goolsby is the bet from Clarksville. His serve is not quite as fast as Nick's, but his conservative playing and consistent hits win the matches from him. I remember last season when he went 3 games without hitting a single ball out. Plus, all the Seniors on the team are the team captains'. Goolsby has been ranked higher than Pitts in the last two years, in addition Goolsby has an extra year of experience on the team.

Clarksville will dominate this year, district and region. this will be their first showing in state in many many years. when they get there they will dominate it. with leadership of parker goolsby, nick pitts, kris reeves. all 3 three were semifinalist in a midsouth tournament this past fall. EXPECT TO WIN!!!!

Luke sanders was looking exceptional this past weekend. He teched every one of his opponents by the second period, except in finals where he beat the kid 8-0. He seems to have lost some weight or he might be about the same. I guess 135 or 40 isnt gonna be as easy now. But it sure is great to see competition like that in the region. I hear its going to be a dog fight between sanders and turner this year. I talked to one of turners teammates, and they said he has been working harder than most of the team and doin alot of extra to get himself better. Its great to see a kid with heart like that. I cant wait to see their match!! Does anyone know if clarksville high wrestles montgomery central? and if so when?
