  1. Why spoil a good day shopping? /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

I so totally agree! I HATE shopping - especially when it is crowded. I HATE crowds. I would much rather order something from the Internet than fight the crowds.

  2. Ohhhh. Is the whole point of this just to make people have to pay to watch TV? So we can't get it free anymore if we have an antenna? Do you reckon they will be taxing the radio airwaves next? Well, they've already got satellite radio, and people pay for that. I wonder about "regular" radio - when will we have to start paying for that?

  3. not quite nine months ... she is so big though. she is in 24 month clothes and almost 3 feet tall. and she just learned to crawl and has 2 teeth ... and putting them to good use. she eats macaroni and cheese, animal crackers (smushed), mashed potatoes, ice cream, rice, jell-o ........ everything! i still havent found something she doesnt like ... its scary

Awww - so sweet. Thanks for the update.

  4. OK - I admitedly know absolutely nothing about pixels and 1080p's and all those other numbers. What I am concerned about is that I bought a TV two years ago - a really good one (well, it works), and now I am hearing that in 2009 all programs will be broadcast in HD and so my TV is going to be obsolete. What the heck!!!?? What on earth are we going to do with all the old TVs? Throw them in a landfill?? What a rip-off! So, that being said, I guess I do need to pay attention to all this talk about TVs and figure out what the heck I'm going to do about getting a new TV.

Here I go again - so, if my old TV is connected to cable, then all I will have to do is purchase some kind of converter box thing and then I can still get all the channels and stuff?

  5. WOW - lots and lots to be thankful for!

I'm thankful that my husband survived colon cancer surgery in October and the doctor says there is only a 3%-5% of the cancer coming back!

I'm thankful that both of my kids (a son-in-law, and future daughter-in-law) are living here in town - I love having them close by.

I'm thankful for my job - I love it!

I'm thankful for the students I have this year - how did I get so lucky? They are so good (Really!)

    I am thankful for Fluoxetine!

I am thankful for my health also, even though the doctor says I need a knee replacement because of arthritis - keep those cortosone shots coming, baby!

And, I am thankful for my future home and God - He is more than a fire escape to me.

And, I am happy to just be happy again.

(And one last thing, I will be even more thankful when I finish this Master's program!)

  6. We joke around like that a lot, he didn't find this as funny as I thought he would though. Besides, it wasn't the worst thing I've ever done. Someone tried to write me up about 2 months ago because she thought I had an attitude problem. A short time after that someone subscribed her work email to free daily porn.

    Not saying I done it or anything./ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" />

By the way hows clarksville wrestling looking this year? Are you still with them?

Not this year. I had to take a break because I started work on my Master's in Library Information Science. I go to classes most Saturdays (all day) and sometimes on Friday nights and then all day Saturday. I wouldn't have the time for wrestling this year. Maybe next year.
