It was a definite shame that a team as good as the Cloudland girls didn't have near the support as the moore county team and I beleive that that could have been the difference in the game in the 4th quarter. Me being a basketball player I think that Cloudland needs support in all sports not just football. Anyway thanks Lady Highlanders on a great season.

I wanted to reply to the comment that the cheerleaders from Cloudland hate the girls basketball team. For some people on the cheerleading team this may be true, but not for all of us. Ever since I started cheerleading, I have been called lazy, stuck-up, and a few other choice names I will not mention. Some people on the cheerleading team would rather be at a football game than a basketball game. I (and a few others) would rather be cheering for a basketball game. The girls b-ball team has a bad attitude towards all the cheerleaders because of what just a few of the cheerleaders do. There are several cheerleaders that play other sports and would play basketball if they could. The girls b-ball team members who made those remarks should look at the WHOLE cheelreading team before posting LIES.

Cloudland JV just probably pulled out the best game of the year against hampton's JV. Cloudland only played 2 soph. and 7 freshman against a VERY LOADED Hampton JV team. It was a great game down to the final second, but in the end it was Cloudland. If anybody saw this game just post and tell me what you thought about it.

I was just wondering if there is going to be a freshman tournament at the end of the basketball season in east tennessee. If anybody knows anything about one just post it.

I would haft to say it is a split between Cloudland and Unaka. Cloudland freshman are dominating other freshman teams and I think Unaka is to. So until they play each other it is up in the air.

Ya you did win I will give you that, but you had to play your softmores and you said that your j.v. team was all freshman. Plus you had to play macinturff 3 quarters on j.v which only allowed him to play 3 on varsity, and the varsity won. So which team really won????

I think that Cloudland will come out ready to play considering they are at home and it is Unaka. I beleive Cloudland will come out and keep it close till the end and then Cloudland will go on a run and put them away. Plus Cloudland only has 3 sophmores and they are mainly freshman to.

I beleive Unake will probably kill Mitchel like Cloudland did but I think it would be a really good game if Cloudland freshman and Unaka's freshman could play. From what I can see they match up pretty well.

I just got back from whatching Cloudland's freshman game with Mitchel County. Cloudland was awesome. There press killed Mitchel. With about 3 min. into the game, Cloudland had Mitchel down 30-3. After that, they set there starters out and still by halftime were beating them by 50-5. Then they reset the clock at halftime and they still beat them with the non starters by about 20. Just watch out for those Highlanders!

The Cloudland Freshman are definetely going to be a force to be reckoned with. I just watched them play Johnson County and there press is one of the best I have seen. They have very skilled gaurds and posts, and they can shoot the ball really well.

I beleive that cloudland has a freshman team that could hang with any other freshman team around. They have a very good post in james miller (6'3) and good gard play by adam stevens and they have a deep bench. They play good as a team and they can shoot.

I don't care what u say. Cloudland played there hearts out. And don't forget that Cloudland still doesn't have there football players and the had 1 junior that started playing last night, the rest were JV. And do u want to know who the coach put in at halftime, FRESHMAN. He said he wanted to get his younger guys some expereince. And if that don't explain for the score I don't know what does.
