exactly ezfan....you made my point exactly...good luck to both teams today...may sportmanship reign..and both teams play the games of their lives...and no-one will leave dissapointed.

i do understand that the tssaa i looking to separte the private schools from the public schools and it is to be done by 2005. i feel that this should have been done awhile back when the divisions were separted as to where they are currently. maybe you can help me understand why there are private schools in both classifications and why this could not have been achieved when the split was done a while back and the reasoning for not doing so?

i cant make it any plainer...you guys still dont get it...oh by the way....talk about practicing out of season...i do know for a fact that doesnt happen at our school...in fact , the coaching staff makes a point to stay within the t.s.s.a.a. regualtions...also it is ok for schools of private nature to seek out talent that best enhances school quailty...otherwise known as recruiting in public school format.........im done!

please read the other messages..even the players themselves are saying they are being recurited...futhermore i asked the question of how many state championships have you won with recruited players? you guys are assuming that you have already won this tourney? but no one wants to answer that question. one simple question. this is not bashing ezell harding ....its bashing the tssaa for allowing it to happen...its not the players or the coaches or the parnets fault just because they are wanting the best for their respected family,friends and peers....but tssaa wants to keep it an even playing field....how can they expect this to happen? look at the tssaa book of past champions and look how many ezell has taken home....in all sports not just basketball and your telling me that you guys dont recruit....when your own players are admitting to it....and to the player that is now a division I recruit now....your saying that only now you are a top caliber athlete...because of the move..come one....give yourself credit...you were one at antioch but now you have the program to make you shine and or excel.... but dont all class a (small)schools wish they had the ability to do that...

man who knows on this one other than this should be the match-up for the title game. both teams are equally aggressive on defense. it would not surprise me to see both scores in the 20's at the end. good luck to the raiderettes....remember to believe, achieve, then you recieve!!! cant wait for this one!!

i have seen ezells athletes and they are some of the best i have seen. i do not mean to be harsh on the programs but when it comes to playing a game with what you got vs. who can i get ...there is a huge differnce. im sorry if you fail to see it but sometimes winnng all those state championships seems to blind the faithful supporters and winning becomes so important you lose the the real grasp of what the game is all about. chew on this.....how many state championships would you have won without the recruiting?? it is not just ezell that does this its all the private schools and some public its a shame that winning has such importance over the game of life. good luck to both teams tomorrow. this will be a very exciting ballgame......

the thing about moore county is that we, as with most of the other schools, take alot of pride in our sports programs. we do whatever necessary to show our true colors and pride with every game, just like alot of other schools, but what i want to hear from the ezell group is how many of your kids whether it be football, basketball, baseball, and etc. were recruited to your school. i can say we have all homegrown, talented players that with hardwork and determination have gotten them to where they are today, just as alot of schools in the tourney. not taking anything away from the talented group of young ladies you have representing your school just because they have had to work hard also. but its easier when you can pick and choose your talent as to play with what you have. ezell has won several state championships in the past and who knows how the cards may fall in the tourney for that is why you play the game. everyone that has earned the right to play in the tourney are champions but are they honest champions. that is the question? ezell can you say that?

im wondering if wayne county has played anyone with a defense as good as moore countys defense.

awesome game by two talented teams....but before either team can make it to the next level their offensive production must increase. the "other" district will be licking their chops to get at all of us!!! lets face it everytime we get on here its the losers saying the officating is bad or "its the worse game i have ever seen". but it is funny how we keep seeing the same officals every year with no new faces. if you feel you can do a better job, then contact the tssaa and let them know you are interested. im sure they would love to have perfect officals. yes there were alot of no calls last night but that is part of the game...as you would see on film the majority of the shots missed at the end of the game were blocked with ball contact...it is not a foul when a player leans foward and falls to the ground while shooting...look at the tape...good luck to all 11a girls and boys teams..its good to see an even playing fiels among this many teams...makes for good entertainment...thanks girls!!

i must say that i have watched every team in district 11a play this year. therefore i can say that i feel i know each and every team honestly. there is no doubt that moore county is the top team in the district with a 16 and 0 record. that is obvious. huntland is number two. what happened the other night not only shocked all comers to the games at conersville but to coach ray himself. this is why they call it tournament time..."march Madness". you come to play or go home. who would have though cornersville would be leading moore county at the half!! i have known coach ray for quite sometime now. if there is anyone in the state that wants to put their team in the boro , its coach ray. everyone wants to achieve greatness, especially the coach. it wasnt to be this year or you guys would have won. there is alot of talent to the hornet team. huntland will be a force next year but only if the players respect their coach and that coach has to be coach ray. awesome job coach!!!

abby did break the state record in assits last night. it was broken in the first quarter of the game. previous mark of 759 was erased on an assist under the basket from a drive in the lane. there are a lot of colleges missing out on one of the best point guards in the state.
