    Have an extra official do the clock...

     

    Best idea on here in five years....We have to beg for people to do it because the fans or so obnoxious...this week in middle school I saw a woman come out of the balcony to the scorers' table ....while the game is going on mind you....to discuss the wrong score..........please recommend to the basketball offficials association and TSSAA.

    This maybe a very simplistic answer. In 15 years, the fact that most teams do not properly teach and give the proper amount of time to STRETCHING is the reason that the athletes get hurt.

     

    Most teams get in a circle and count to ten...and go to the other side...etc

    This is a waste of time.

    Well said. This is the most frustrating thing about youth sports today. The adults forgetting that it is not about them while the kids are punished for the actions of the ones who are put there to lead and teach and mentor.

     

    Are we teaching the kids the lessons we want them to learn?

    A lot of people used to look down on the WNBA, but it seems like its slowly but surely gaining more respect which is awesome. I actually got into it at the end of last season (late bloomer) I know.. Anyway who would you consider to be the best player??™s in the league right now?

    cant wait to see how amber holt from MTSU does i think she had her debut a few nights ago

     

     

    Connecticut won 100-68 over expansion Atlanta today.

    Holt had 4 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 block in her debut......not quite CP3 but she is certainly solid.

    Coffman won by 20. They completely dominated the second half. Coach Flatt and his girls are quite talented and deserved the win.     Earlier someone stated that the administration should help with these situations...here is actual story that makes that seem humorous..

     

    Earlier this season our AD appeared during an early match...loudly and clearly he stated that he was unaware that we were playing today....he has never been to a match in my 3 years...he was happy he could stop by since the front parking lot was being painted and he had to park in the rear. Since he was cornered by several parents on his walk to his car, he has not returned....

     

    Coaches of all sports don't receive enough support, but "minor sport" coaches certainly wear more hats than many people can imagine.
