Any word on where former Moore County Coach Mac McCurry is coaching this year?

I never said anything negative. All I said is I think Cookeville will win because of their coaching. Nothing negative there and if you cry babys can not take someones opinion, that is your problem. It seems like all you do is whine and cry and look for excuses.

Just my opinion. According the constitution I am allowed to to state my thoughts. If you don't like it, that is just to bad.

I am through arguing the point with you all knowing select few. If you are happy with what have, stay with it. If you are not happy, then push for a change. Either way you will get what you deserve.

At no time have I said anything bad about this years players, this has always been a coaching issue and still is. You are only as good as you are coached and right now you are not being coached very good. The facts stand for themselves. I would love to see the Falcons go back to the state championship. It may not all be CoachT and instead could be some assistants need to step up more and take a little more of the pressure off CoachT. I know it has to be hard being the Head Coach, assistant principal, and athletic director all at the same time. That is a lot of hands in the fire and demands a lot of time and energy.

If you look back at the threads you will see I did apologize after the Riverdale game and congratulated CoachT and the Falcons for the win. I have not said a word till some jerk gets on here and states that I posted under some other name. I was willing to let things go but no, there is a bunch people on here that can't see two inches in front of their noses. I would have stayed quite but if you want to argue the point I am ready and willing.

Where did you get that English? Oh I plan on going somewhere else soon where people know how to win and do win. Get out of the good old boy politics. By the way RESPECT IS EARNED NOT GIVEN.

If you want to hear many more fans say the same just come sit down in the stands on Friday night and listen to the fans. They are tired of the lack luster offense. Little over 100 yards against Indy Everyone else averages well over 200 yards against them. I know you are loyal to you coach as you should be, but there is problems.

Check MPSA. I did post my resume on Alabama site but did not find a job I wanted, I was offered a job in Alabama but did not accept, pay not worth the cost of the move.. By the way I was recently offered a speed strength coaching job at Oklahoma State and we are still working on the compensation package. Oh by the way the contact for that job was originated off that AHSAA site.

I agree 100 percent, it was not the players fault. the players can only run the plays that are called by the coaches. There is a lot of potential on this team, the sad fact is it is not being used. As a good coach you have shape your team around the players you have. You can't shape the team around four or five plays that worked ten years ago. This is modern football and times are changing and one, two, three, four, five, six plays up the middle IS NOT going to get it done. Each week should bring a different game plan and not the same predictable plays.

Enough said about Lincoln County offense and play calling.

If there was a women's football team it would be a winner, by the way I never said anything about playing. We are talking about coaching. Don't have a clue what you are talking about with the second and third string player comment.

Let me help you out since you are so blinded by the light. From 1989 to 1998 we won 119 games lost 19 won ten straight region championships had three Mr Football's, had the all time scoring leader in the state at point. We went to the clinic bowl once, semi final 3 times, quarter finals 3 times, second round 2 and we lost in the first round 1 time. It was a tradition that we where still playing when Thanksgiving rolled around every year, when is the last time Lincoln County was still playing at Thanksgiving. You see we knew how to take average players and get greatness out of them. Not bad if you ask me. How does the LC record compare with that , so you can see that I know what I am talking about and if you don't understand that, that is fine also because you mean nothing to me and I could care less about your feelings. As you can see there are some that can and some that can't so I guess that makes you one of those that can't. I am sorry that hurts your feelings, so grow up and see the facts. I do not have to impress you, because I know what I have done and it does not not involve you. The arm chair coaches like you are the ones that can't see what is going on that As for the not knowing who I am I guess you dreamed that you talked the coaches because they know who I am and that my resume backs up my stats.

Since you have gotten me started I have something else to say. You can not live on things in the past. I grant you Coach T has done great things in the past and so has Phil Fulmer and I applaud them for that. But the old saying is what have you done lately. That fact is the players on the team just like Tennessee are not being used to their utmost potential and that is a coaching problem. The fact is good coaches can take average players and get them to play great and right now our staff is not getting that done. Also you talk about about great players in the past and I grant you their have been some at LC, but without these average players playing around them, they would not have become great players. If you are so blinded by the great things of the past and want to live there, that is fine, but if you want to get LC back to their glory days, open up your eyes and senses and smell the roses because right now things don't look or smell so good..

Hey I am still here I don't need a different name to post what I believe. I am just glad they are other people in LC that believe and see the same things as I do. If that hurts yours feelings or you are a LC coach that is just to bad the facts are the facts. If you read the responses on here, there are more people who have took off their blinders and can see the truth. Just look at the records of the teams that LC have played and tell me how great of a job is being done in LC. If you don't like what I have to say don't read it.

You have parents that are coaching the middle teams under some teachers name that is paid to be the head coach and never has nothing to do with coaching. It is time the system did away with parents/coaches and hired coaches that teach at the respective schools. Even small 1A schools have paid teachers coaches coaching their middle school teams, so there is no reason that LC can't do the same. Not only does this hurt the MS teams, it is a big liablity problem just waiting waiting on something to happen. IF there is not a lot of change in LC bad times are ahead in the football program.

I agree 100% that is what makes winners --- showing class!
