Region4fan, where are you getting your information about Steve Willey being interested in the Smyrna job? He was the coach there in the early 90's and I find it hard to believe he would ever go back there unless someone is threatening him with serious bodily harm.

A reliable source says that Coach McClaran is taking time off so that he can complete work on his master's degree. It could that someone might be taking the team on an interim basis.

This is the second time in the last two years that a leak in the roof has stopped a game at Blackman. Last year it happened during a freshmen game. I hope it doesn't rain during the district tournament. [Edited by sle434 on 2-15-03 4:22P]

Both of Lebanon's starting post players had 4 fouls before the end of the 3rd quarter and Amanda Wilbert fouled out early in the 4th quarter before Horton did. Riverdale had to foul because they were behind and Lebanon hit their free throws to maintain and stretch their lead.

Does anyone have a score on this game?

Lebanon did beat Riverdale 62-48. Horton was held to 8 points.

I was at the game and I thought the "run-in" was some what questionable as well.

Can anyone give the status of Sarah Riddle? She was injured after a hard collision with Nikki Hughes of Blackman on Tuesday. She did not play against Riverdale Friday. How serious is her injury? [Edited by sle434 on 2-3-03 1:47P]
