  1. Her name is Ceny Phelps and is it confirmed that she is playing for the Waves? I thought her mom was really leaning to the Tigers. Good Luck Ceny! We are all cheering for you! See ya in the spring!
  2. I know Casade has Katie Wolf, but I'm not sure about the others on the team. Huntland: Is Jamie Smith a junior? Richland: Britney Johnson and... Cornersville: I know there a a few but as for names I don't know.
  3. Britney Johnson got the MVP. Leigh Beasley, Vickie Tipps, and Amanda Webb from Chapel Hill. Erin Graves from Community. Alisha Riner and Tiffany (?) from Cornersville. Jennifer Hickerson, Desiree Moore, Amanda Edwards from Richland. Anna Foster and Bridget Thompson from Cully. Mallory Ayers from Cascade. I don't remember who got it from Huntland, Eagleville, and Moore County.
  4. Who are all the juniors in District 11A? I know Community as a handful. They are Amber Walls, Ashley Walls, Lesely Layne, Heather Zindars, Lauren Beech and Erin Graves. So anyone else know the others?
  5. That game was an awesome game. The best two teams in the district playing each other. Not to bad. And to the Lady Rockets, get triple play. That was the best one yet.
  6. WHAT TIME IS THE GAME TODAY?
  7. Hey can anyone from Moore Co., Richland, Huntland, Cascade, and Cullekoa please fill out your ball schedules? People want to know how other people are doing and it helps with the rankings. So please put them up.
  8. Well i don't claim i know it all or what all has been said but i can tell you one thing YOU ARE BLIND IF YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT IS GOING ON ON THAT TEAM. So just play ball and get over yourselves!
  9. well i am glad that the little walls girl can play but i didn't say she sucked at batting I just said that she doesn't have the bat that Cortney had. She is good but she needs a lot of work. Yeah Yeah if it wasn't for slo-pitch many girls wouldn't be able to catch the ball. But HELLO THERE ARE GIRLS THAT PLAY SLO PITCH AND STILL CAN'T CATCH THE BALL. But if those girls would show up to practices and do what i have seen them do in slo-pitch Unionville would be unbeatable but yet yall chose to sit there and complain about how everyone plays and chose not to help yourself (don't kid yourself I have talked about how others play before) but stop talking about it and start proveing that you can play with anyone like yall did Friday.
  10. Please tell me where you get that slo-pitch is not hurting their team? Because it is cause the upperclassmen can't hit the ball execpt two of them. And yes I know that one of them played slo-pitch where is she at this summer? To my knowledge she isn't playing slo-pitch. So how many girls on the Viqueens team play slo-pitch? About 5 or 6 of them and Oh my god they are the ones who are not hitting the ball due to slo-pitch. And if you want to say that slo-pitch helps their defense. Then how come there are two girls that can't get in front of the ball and the other can't catch a fly ball right? So how does slo-pitch help them out again? And I never said that there was never any dedication on the team I said that there is a little bit not as much as there needs to be. Because the others are worried about slo-pitch this summer! 11. well if some of their players would keep their mouths shut then there would be no problems! Right?
  12. well if some of their players would keep their mouths shut then there would be no problems! Right?
  13. I've played against her and I day she pitches in the lower 60's. She is only a junior. And she is good. Has great controll too. [Edited by Softball2004 on 3-18-03 12:41A]
  14. KayJay: There is dedication in some of the upperclassmen. There is a little more in the lowerclassmen. The other girls are too busy playing slo-pitch and need to understand that they are hurting their own team by doing that. And I hope that they read this too. And to the fact that Cortney quit does make a big difference in their game. Their 3rd baseman they have now is doing a good job. But her bat is not helping and she doesn't have the arm Cortney had. So now it is up to mainly two or three players to pull the rest of the team's weight because they are too busy playing slo-pitch. Oh and the other girls don't even give 75% into their game so don't dog on something that goes both ways.
  15. Well if the issue is team members talking about other people and complaining about it it would seem like some one needs to talk to those players. When a few members get into it then they should know that they can bring down the whole team. You can hurt your team that a way. So my advice to you is to get over YOUR issues and get out there and play ball. Because I sure hope you know that you could ruin someone's chances for getting noticed or even talked about. SO GET OVER IT NOW!!!!!
  16. Where is that game? The One with Culleoka!
  17. I sure hpe that Moore Co. does win today. That will help out 11A. Moore Co. didn't play the same type of ball that I saw them play all season long so they better get ready for Ezell-Harding. Good Luck Moore Co.
  18. I'm kind of curious why you think that Unionville isn't going to be above Cascade or closer to Cornersville? [Edited by Softball2004 on 3-3-03 5:34P]
  19. Who do you think is the best catcher or should at least be spoken about in 11A?
  20. Our Cheerleaders at Community High School stink! They don't cheer to the fans, they cheer to each other. When it is time for the teams to be running out they are so boring! They act like they don't want to be there. The main reason our Basketball teams don't like our cheerleaders cause they don't do their job. For goodness sakes, when the word cheerleader comes to mind, you see cheery, peppy girls who are loud and are supporting their team. Well ours are the complete opposite. They need to learn how to be loud and represent their team and to keep the crowd in the game. So if any of yall are reading this take my advise look at the other teams cheerleaders and copy them cause yall need some practice.
  21. i know it is still very soon but what are the predictions of the season's rankings?
  22. When Unionville was at Richland about a month ago, I noticed that one of their girls was out with a major knee injury. I also noticed that she was their pitcher. So I am curious, Is she going to be able to pitch this year or not? I heard that you can't pitch well if you have problems with your knees. Hopefully she will be better. Cause I would rather try to beat them with her than beat them without her.
  23. LEIGH BEASLEY IS THE BEST CATCHER IN 11A THAT I HAVE SEEN. SHE HAS A POWERFUL BAT AND AN AMAZING ARM.
  24. I think Casey Holt is an all-around good player. When I first saw him play against Community I would have never thought that boy can shot three's like he does. Jamar Jenkins is good too. But I won't place my vote for MVP of 11A on him. Good News for Jenkins and the other Junior Post Players, you still have another year to play. Sometimes I think Jamar might take everything that is said about him on here (that is good) to his head and to tell you the truth "Jamar it is affecting your game". I do have one question to all of yall "If Casey is good, then who else do you consider a good ball player in 11A?"

    11A

well i will have to go with stinger on this. mcbob seems to think that no one can beat moore co. i just hopes he knows that moore co. could get beat by culleoka or cornersville. and heaven forbid that unionville beats them. pesonally i know for a fact that unionville was rooting for huntland that night. one statement to mcbob: when you start to think that moore co. is unstoppable that is when a team like unionville forrest or eagleville will come back and beat you. so watch what you say it will come back and bite you in the butt. if you know what i mean.
