I am a MACON fan and I predict that the Jackets will be flying high...and it's Trousdale by ATLEAST 21 if not more. Where is the game played? If it's on the Creekbank it'll be more than just 21 if not then atleast 21. And no offense to you at all Queen Bee, cause from what I have heard you're a great person, and only had you only had good things to say last week after the SC loss. And Macon isn't for real? Just becuase we didn't make the playoffs last year...and Jackson Co.. a team we did beat did make it, don't say we're not real! You need to get out out of your small town sometime and make that short drive up the ridge and see MC play...you're gonna have your hands full on the Creekbank this year with the TIGERS!

So it wasn't just me that thought our fans were totally awesome tonight? We were so loud..and into the game for 4 qtrs. I hate to see SC leave 3A now, you know since if they couldn't beat us they needed to leave. #71.....if you're a "slug" I sure would hate to see a rabbit!!! And I have one ?? What happened down on the end of the field when we were punting, and then they threw a flag and SC got the ball? Is that normal for whatever the infraction was??? So as you can see you night chickens...MACON is real....and we can talk our talk and back it up! LOOK OUT 4-3A we're back!

Smith County must have forgotten to get there players off the bus....I noticed their band was a bit smaller this year...did they suit up the band? And how about that Macon D??? Hats off to the defense...you guys were awesome! And our "young" qb? He was also awsome in the Tigers win tonight! So once again....CONGRATS TIGERS!!! The whole qb comments are just stupid. He is young...and he dang good to be so young. There are more than just 1 player on offense! DO not put it all on his shoulders! I just wanted to personally congratulate the Trousdale County Yellow Jackets on their BIG victory over Portland tonight!! I'm a MCHS fan/alumni and we usually will not cheer for TCHS, but I can't stand P'land and I just want to say "WAY TO GO JACKETS!!!" And for all you out there that didnt' think Macon Co. was real this year you should've been in Lafayette tonight. The Tigers were great, and beat a good LA team! So once again Congrats Tigers and Jackets!

I'm from Macon County...and I this is the first that I have heard of this. But I think it's hilarious...and applaud the person(s) that done it! Mayeb #77 can keep his cool tonight...that is if he gets to play!! lol I can' believe I'm saying this but...GO JACKETS!!!!

I think that there is nothing wrong with prayer before a game. We all need God in our lives to make it from day to day! I am VERY proud to say that at Macon County games we always start off with a prayer over the loud speaker. It's nothing offensive to anyone just asking for protection for all in attendance. Granted it is a small town...but no matter who we play...large or small if they come into our house they always hear us pray before a game!

Portland scuff' you up? You must have been watching a different game that I was! Macon gave P'land all they wanted and more! The Panther weren't expecting that kind of fight out of the Tiger, and that was proven by the emotions and the bad sportsmanship of Portland! Especially that jerk #77! By the way...does anyone know what happens to a player when they get thrown out of a game? I was just wondering that. I say Macon wins tonight by 7. Tigers-21 Wildcats-14 GO TIGERS!

I was at Macon-WHS game last friday night and neither team looked very well to me. I'm an alum of MCHS and my tigers looked a bit rough. But also gived the conditions that the two teams had to play in what more could you really expect? Those boys had been pumped for the game the whole day and then had to wait an extra 2 hours to play a rivalry game of that magnitude? It was very physically and mentally exausting I'm sure! But those Eagles can't stand to loose to Macon in anything,if we had a chess team there'd be controversy over that! I still think Macon over P'land by 6. GO BIG BLUE!!!

The best fans in the state are those crazy people in Lafayette TN. Macon fans are as rowdy as they come! Just ask some of the visiting fans what they think and they'll agree. And Macon County has the REAL Jungle!!! Tiger fans are awesome!!! GO MACON TIGERS!

I say Macon by 6....and the game will not be decided until the last 3 minutes of the game... GO TIGERS!

What's your predictions for the Tigers and Eagles this year? Macon has a good streak going against Westmoreland & it's a pretty good rivalry. Keep in mind the eagles are coming to Lafayette!

I was just wondering how you thought the Tigers would be this year? If you don't know Macon Co. had a great year in 02'. I was just wanting some insight on how you think we'll do.

Westmoreland had a rough year last year..and are slowly rebuilding and will soon be a good quality team. I'm not sure of there schedule this year but it think they'll hit .500. I'm from MC when and where do we play ya'll?

I deffinitely have to go with Macon County and Livinston Acandemy. If you don't belive in Macon you should have saw the way that we handled David Lipscomb tonight on their home court. So MC and LA. GO Tigerettes & Lady Wildcats!
