Everyone can find a re-cap of scores and a few tournament pictures on our website at www.cookevillesoftball.org under theduff2005 tab at the top of the home page. I would like to take this time to thank all the teams for coming to our tournament and all of the great help I had this weekend. This will be my last "The Duff" Cookeville Invitational as tournament director and I have had a blast all the years I have been involved with this tournament. I will be turning it over to the new coach and I am sure it will be ran very well. Plans are all ready in the making for next year. I would like to thank all the coaches I have grown to know and call my friends because of my part in this sport and this tournament. I will definately miss the friendships and the time spent on the softball field and at this tournament. Good luck to everyone the rest of this year. Coach Sam Brooks

As of now the games are still on for today. We have had a little rain in Cookeville so far but not very much. Weather says after this band of storms passes, nothing behind it. Let's hope so. If there are any cancellations I will post here as soon as possible. Cookeville High School number 931-520-2287. I will call that number first if we have any cancellations. As long as we get a couple of hours to get the fields ready we should be fine. Hope to see everyone this afternoon.

The tournament that you are thinking of was the Golden Corral Invitational that was to be played on April 1 & 2. We had to cancel that one because of rain. This tournament is a totally different one to be played on April 22-23.

Pool pairings and times have been sent out to Coaches and will be posted here sometime next week. Look forward to seeing you all in Cookeville.

I should have the pools completed by next week (first week of April) I will mail them to the coaches as soon as I get them completed. Any coaches interested, I have two spots open from teams that had their PROM date moved and had to drop. Any team interested let me know.

Attention Bledsoe County! I do not have your team coming to the Golden Corral Invitational. I do have you coming to our big tournament on April 22-23. That tournament is called "The Duff" Cookeville Invitational. If your team is planning on coming to our small tournament (Golden Corral) someone needs to contact me as soon as possible and let me know. The Golden Corral is on April 1-2. Please clarify this for me.

Coaches, I mailed out info. letter on Wednesday. I f you do not receive soon please let me know.

We will send out the first mailing to coaches with tournament info. the first week of march.
