Boy is someone angry at the Blue Devils!!! They out played the greenwave, just a few mental mistakes cost them that game. If memory serves me right, the Blue Devils lost their first game the last 2 years and made the playoffs. Last year they went 8-2 regular season and should have beat those bears from Antioch. About the coaches from lebanon,I'm one of only three coaches left over from the "Moose" era. Moose was a great coach and so is Brown. I've learned a lot from both and respect both. I don't like people who talk about other coaches without knowing them first. I doubt many of you know Brown. As far as baseball, leave it to the baseball boards. I will go with my Blue Devils, but I understand Lavergne has improved and do have a good friend of mine on staff now. I wish him the best of luck also.

Marshall Co. will go 8-2 at the least. If you take the time and believe in the system and the coach, your team will succeed. The only major stumbling block I see right now is David Lip. and possibly page. I know the coach and have coached in a similar successful system. Good luck Marshall county! You will only go as far if you work as a team and play together 100%.

Knew Coach Jones from his time at Macon Co. and Springfield. We (Lebanon)even scrimmaged them 2 years ago. Very good coach and a heck of a motivator. Players loved him at all the schools he has coached. Wish him the best. Don't know what has happen at Chatt. Central, because they were doing very good until this happen. But now it sounds like a discrunted parent has destroyed the TEAM with own ambitions or misfortunes. Again, good luck Coach Jones.

Freedom of speech???? Now that is a good one!!!! Here I am on this web-site using my real name calling you a liar, while you stand behind a fake name and a cheap $12.00 thrill and telling lies. You and boots must have sat at the game and got carried away after getting romped all over. But again , there is a third party involved from Coffee County. How in the world would that person know anything about Lebanon??? I am for truth and justice is anoter lie you choose to use!!! I'm sorry for your court case and the mental cruelty you have been accustomed too.

Region4fan, this is directed right at you. I' m an assistant for lebanon and I wear the head phones on the sideline. I would love to know when you've heard the coach you've mentioned say anything inappropriate. I've never heard anyone of our coaches cuss or say anything they shouldn't on the head sets. Espically the coach you call out on these boards. You sure do seem to know a lot about our program to be from Oakland. That makes me wonder who you really are. I've coached under two very fine head coaches; Moose Marshall and Brown. I've coached under Moose and even played for him and have a lot of respect for him. He did a fine job Friday night and gave us a scare. Congratulation to him and his defense. Brown is a fine coach and teaches his players to be competive and to be productive citizens. He doesn't tolerate cussing by our players or anything else. Neither of the two head coaches I've been under cuss on a regular basis, espacilly towards their players. You need to learn to shut your trap, and stop lying about what you don't really know.

I had coached with Coach Jones in the late ninties and our team srimmaged them last spring and Fall! We did pretty well against them, but they did play a lot of young players. The majority of the Purples are Jr's to be I think. They'll have these guys next fall and in 2004. They are up and coming! Look for them to be very strong in the years to come. Good luck Bud!!!!!!
