TSSAA Officials need to be investigated. City has been cheated by these refs.

Sounds like MC will have over 100+ more fans at the game per ticket sales!
I'm excited to watch it. Getting there early for a good spot!

Only way it won't happen is if you are close talent wise, then you would win, but they are so far ahead of everyone this year because of kids moving in for that better education......lol
Or if Covid hits SP during playoffs or before title game........

And get mercy ruked by the pirates?
If theres anything that 2020 has proven to me, it's that anything can happen. Yes, the Pirates look unbeatable but so did Goliath.........

I’m not sure how we’ll play it Friday night. We are usually a run heavy team. We do have a couple of really good receivers and our QB had his best game of the season last week so who knows. I think the majority of teams in single A rely on the run as their primary offense. I think that plays to Moore County’s favor because it’s hard to stick with it when MC scores every possession and you’re constantly playing catch-up.
I'll say this about City. Their newly eligible players are studs. Big, strong & fast. Their D Line is stout. I dont know how tomorrow night will turn out but I am certain that the Raiders will lay it all on the line and put every ounce of their hearts into winning this game. Just like the many players from MC teams have done in the past. This team is a part of the long, rich tradition of never die, never quit, no surrender style of play known as Moore County football. Good luck Raiders. CONTACT!

Same at Lake Co.Really wish wed combine middle school with high school or somehow make middle school 6th and 7th grade and high school as 8 thru 12 if possible. That way 8th graders would be considered high school and too young to drive to Dyer Co .Dyersburg etc.Thst way if they decided to go to those schools later, theyd have to sit a year or move unless they didnt have an athletic record.
See this is just anti american. Trying to limit kids choices to attend a school they want to go to. Selfishness on grownups parts. Let a kid and his family choose what is best for them.

It’s has more to do with what Coach White at MC has done this yr with the program than what Kenny has. MC went from 5-5 and missing the playoffs to 9-1 and #2 seed in a yr.
THIS!

Good game City. Much improved since 1st meeting. Next week will be a dandy.

Mustangs were frauds this year. I was hoping that it would be a close game. Thanks for the turf, the MC players did look like they ran 4.4 tonight compared to the Mustangs. Lol

Dad gum Mustangs, can yall play defense?

Offensively yes. But did you hear the part about the 4 unforced turnovers? I don’t think anybody from Huntingdon sold them short.
Unforced. Lol

3 lost 5 total. And a int. I’m impressed with MC but we sure ain’t doing anything to help ourselves. Heck they might hold us to 8.
I think some MC fans tried to warn you Mustang folk that MC was the truth this year. Just think, if MC would have rode a bus instead of running to Huntingdon how bad the score would be.......

Moore Co plays football???? I thought they just made whiskey! #TheMoreYouKnow
Lynchburg is where whiskey is made, Moore County is where football is played.
A drinkin town with a football problem.

Home field will benefit the Mustangs. I think the 3 hr drive may affect a quick start for Moore Co. I was told the bus ride to Huntland last season made some of our players and parents have motion sickness symptoms. It’s not a regular away game
That didnt affect the Mustangs last year. They gave the Hornets a strapping. I was at that game.

I've enjoyed the discussions this week guys. Hoping for an injury free and highly competitive game. Hoping the Hornets bust the brackets tonight.

Is Moore County taking a bus to the game? Or are they just going to run so they can get to Huntingdon quicker?

I was more impressed with the defensive stats. Holding FC to under 100 yards total offense. That’s some good D
Lol. Huntland time of possession on offensive end. Ball control is the ultimate defense but I know nothing. Just a fan with no knowledge. Either way, Stewart does play both sides of the ball. Hes not just an offensive player.
