I want to add my congratulations to Richard Roche to the many i know he has already received.
As a parent, I was pleased when Richard took over the Hunters Lane softball program the same year my daughter entered HLHS as a freshman. It is now seven years later and my feelings have not changed a bit. Richard has always exemplified everything you could ask for in a role model,i.e treating every girl that has played for him with class and dignity.
For that, i thank him, and wish him and the Lady Warriors the best of luck in Memphis. Bring that big trophy back with you...I'm sure Coach Lewis will make room next to his track trophies for yours!
