Gomab, I know what you are saying. I did not watch the game you were talking about but I did see games the day before. BC can shoot the lights out at times. But the BC-G'ville game was also decided by the refs. BC may have still won the game but whether it is intentional or not the refs were horrible and decided the game. How many freethrows did each team shoot that game? How many fouls were called on each team? It was not all that bad at first, but the second half was terrible. I do know that many games are decided by the refs and not allowed to run their course. That will always be that way unless something changes within the TSSAA. There needs to be random people throughout the stands who grade them. If they do terrible, their pay is cut. I was recently an official high school sports in Tennessee. At discussions in the meetings you could tell that most of the officials had to stop and ask directions on how to get out of their driveways.

First off, I have never even set foot into Greeneville High School. Who is "you"? I was at the game. I was just saying what I saw. Answer me truthfully... Did or did not the clock keeper not start the clock and then add time to it? Call me a liar. Second, do not whine about Humphrey getting in foul trouble. That doesnt stop him from throwing up prayers from halfcourt does it? Plus, he is more of a liability at the defensive end. He was a lazy player on defense and his offense wasnt charming either. Hype is all that got him a chance at Florida. If Florida plans on scoring 90 points a night he might play. Otherwise, his defense will destroy them.

Actually "blunt"fan... you missed a few things. Who controlled the tempo? What about Poore? Maybe they wont finish 1st, but you need to watch the game before you talk because apparently you were at the wrong gym.

Hey RebelWrong... He shot 22 times. He did connect on 10. His team shot 50. Greeneville only shot 40 as a team. Malone was 5-10. Poore shot only 8 times for Greeneville and connected on 4 threes. If he wasnt shut down maybe Florida ought to rethink what they have done. I would easily take Poore over him. And to you saying the fans were unruly... the fans were angry when the clock operator did not start the clock and the 3 times seconds were added... come on dispute that. OK the team did not shake your hands... there was a celebration on the court because all anyone would here about was how Humphreys would lead Maryville to victory. Some did get their hands shaken when they came back out.

Hey Art... I would get on here and say everything that White Station needs to do to be you. Stop two players and dont foul, but you will not be a problem. Now about the not shaking hands thing... when a coach jumps out of the way of someone coming near them, allowing them to crash through and land face first onto concrete... yeah that is class isn't it. A big dummy whose name I will not mention but the first three letters of it spells probably the only class he ever passed in school getting on here saying someone needs cases of slim fast... yeah that really shows the class he has. I will, however, go for Dobyns-Bennett in the state tournament. They are a local team , although I would never go for Science Hill. But... I will pull for them, even if it will be only one game. I hope Art cheers loudly for Maryville on Thursday at the tournament. I was at the Greeneville-Maryville game. Greenevile dominated. The kid going to Florida was shut down, especially at the three point line. The Poore kid was deadly for 3 and was able to get through the Maryville press like it was nothing. Even when guarded he put it in their eye. I would put him up with anyone from Science Hill, Maryville, and especially D-B. Malone had a good defensive night. He was able to control the inside and Maryville did not score much at all. Greeneville just controlled the tempo... for all 33:12 of the game.
