Emilio is a great player! He is one we wish was eligible this year.... Unfortunately, he is stuck owning everyone in JV matches... He will be an impact player next year at Ooltewah. Having his dad (Manny) at the occasional practice helps also, guy knows his soccer!

Yeah, a lot of stuff happens in games that after the game you think about it, or see the tape and you're like, HOLY CRAP!!! how did I do that?! I am sure that was one of them. Btw, were you really out of the box on that punt??? I couldn't tell from where I was obviously, but I mean from what ya'll were saying to the refs afterwards it sounded like a bad call, it sounded like you had already dropped the ball before you were out of the box... Good save though!!

You had some good saves last night Carlos, the save on the one that went through your wall, and the one you tipped over in the second half on that lofted shot, impressive. Ya'll will have you A-game come tourny time, just keep working!

Haha, Carlos, I have to face Daniel T. in practice everyday! I know exactly how hard it is to stop him, not to mention the type of shot he took on you, any kind of volley from in close is scary, especially the way he hit the ball... Stay healthy Grace, I might come watch ya'll for fun some time later in the season if I have nothing to do one night.

Carlos, don't mean to speak for you, but I believe Carlos was cleared to play after he was told he didn't need to have surgery. thumb

The game was cancelled.... I thought it was a beautiful day for soccer, but Central gave us the call and said their field wasn't in playing condition.... Game will probably be rescheduled for Friday night, either way, THe Owls have #21 in the nation coming in Thursday, 7:00 vs Notre Dame at the nest.

Yep, we have exceeded our 3 win goal for the season! haha! Heck, maybe we'll get more! who knows! still got a tough schedule coming up with 2 district games, Grace, and Notre dame in the next 2 weeks.
