If I had cussed my coach, the coach wouldn't had to worried about discipline. My dad would have yanked my rear off the fied and I wouldn't play again. I also would have to apologized in front of my teammates and I would have got a whupping at home.

Huntland can pass if needed. Cole has improved from last year. Huntland also has more speed at receiver. Their offense still relies on the running of Chris Fanning.

Coach Crews from Wayne Co. has an excellent group of sophmores and freshmen. Wayne Co. expects to have excellent teams over the next few years.

Coofee County will play a very spirited game, but Cookeville will win. Coffe County will have to prove that they can play defense. If Coffee County wins, they will have a great chance at making the playoffs.

No Contest! Huntland wins big. They have a lot of returning platers and a fairly good sophmore group. Lookout Valley has very few players and most of them are srs. The future doesn't look good in Lookout Valley.

Blackman has a fine team and..good coaches. Lincoln County could have one of their best teams ever. With the game being played at Lincoln County, I think the Falcons will win by at least 2 tds.

White County is a much improved team. Jarvis Williams is a very good runner. Tullahoma may struggle in 2003. They have a lot of tough players, but no speed and not much of a running game. Cookeville should have one of the best defenses in Region 3-5A. They have a linebacker who will play Div.1 next yr. I cannot think of his name. Cookeville's offenze may struggle for a few games, but they should beat White County at home.

If they rushjed for 4000 yds, they sure don't need to throw. A good defense and a running game will win you a lot of games. The only time a team has to throw is when they are behind during the 4th quarter. Lewis County is considered a sound team and Coach Sharp is a very good coach and his teams always play hard.

White Count beating Tullahoma is a shocker. Coach Olive is a class person and always has his teams ready to play. I'm very surprised at the results. I knew Tullahoma had very little team speed and not much of a running game. They play Franklin County this week. Should be an interesting game. Franklin County has a great rb and should be able to run on Tullahoma. Franklin County's problem on defense is stooping the passing game and Tullahoma will spread the field and throw the ball.

I am very surprised that Franklin Co. lost to Father Ryan. Father Ryan had a 1-9 records last yr. A lot of Franklin County fans thought they had a chance to win 7 to 8 games this year. I think Franklin Co. plays Tullahoma next week. Coach Olive doesn't have great talent this year, but he coaches well and Tullahoma will come to play.

A friend of mine from Winchester has told me that Quincy will not be the qb.

Most people are finding that incredible. Quincy has a chance to score every time he touches the ball. His passing has improved.

Wes Hodges from Baylor signed with Georgia Tech

They were swept by Lawrence Co. and are in a tournament in Mississippi this weekend.

Lawrence Co. beat Franklin Co. tonight 13-4. Lawrence Co. is 4-1 and Franklin Co. is 3-2 in the district.

Their record of 1-9 as of last week indicates that they are a poor team, as of now. There's no doubt Bratton is a good player, and hopefully he will come back and have a good year.
