How can a kid transfer from one school to the next and avoid the 12 month penalty? How can these kids go from Pickett Cty to Celina and play the next year? Where are the loopholes in the hardship application? I'm confused. I know of football players that transfered from McGavok to Hunters Lane and played the next year and did not change residence.
